Blair's birthday (turning 18) was in 2008 and fine...Chuck might be a few months younger...but it's 2009! New Year's has passed. So Chuck turns 18 in 2009? He must be younger than. ODD!

QUESTION!!
is Chuck younger than everyone else? They kept saying "when you turn 18" was he not 18 in 08 like everyone else?

I think we need to give Chair sometime here. I'm glad that B told him off, he needs to grow up and accept himself being loved first. But don't discount what they have together. Chuck has never had a girl-friend before, he is scared to get together with Blair because he doesn't want to lose her. He crossed the line tonight with Blair and she let him have it! Kudos for you B, you all do realize that we are not to expect them together for many episodes so chill out! Just relax and enjoy the show, we will see them together soon enough!

how can you BLAHBALA say that chuck isn't still upset over his dads death. you do realize the point of penelope saying that was like a month ago is pretty much saying that shes an idiot and has no feelings. chuck is hurting and hes completely damaged. yess blair was very right to tell him she cant do it anymore, and that just gives chuck and opportunity to make it up to her. i can't see blair and nate getting back together or blair with anyone else besides chuck. gossipgirl would lose so many fans.

Ah whatever, I am so frustrated with this show!
Chuck was going to Blair because he'll a) need to settle down to show the board he can be 'moral' and b) he needs someone equally smooth and conniving to do it.
Don't get me wrong, I love both these characters but that's how the writers are writing them now.
I know Chuck loves Blair, but the timing is just a little too convenient, he should have shown up for dinner, not after he found out how bad he mucked up.
Ugh, I feel sick to think the Georgina might be the one Chuck uses to improve his image to the board, I'm sure that will backfire. I am not looking forward to next week's episode as I did the last two.
Shame on you writers, shame!

I did NOT love last night's episode.
Huge dissapointment in my opinion.
Why Blair wouldn't have called Jack out after he sent her and the board members up to the office is beyond my belief.
Also, if she could forgive Chuck's throwing her 'I love you' in her face at Victrola last week, I doubt she would have let the elevator close on him (she didn't know about the morality clause after all).
Chuck is back to unlikable since that was clearly what motivated his apology.
I see where there's room for another girl to screw with Blair soon as Chuck will clearly need to find a girl to settle down with in order to gain back Bass Ind. I would far have preferred to seen that episode go much differently.
Maybe I just want love, romance and reunions. The ultimate happily ever after for everyone (except Goergina and Jack)...
