I agree with both Ashley and Ally, I never watched the OC but the GG music is still really good. Though it could be better. I think that Dan and Serena are kinda boring me. the on and off thing is dumb. JUST STAY TOGETHER. I used to love dan and serena together but now all I care about is Blair and Chuck. True love.

I love Gossip Girl, I do. But in retrospect, it can't even compare to shows that were considered epic or generally, really great shows. You obviously can't watch a show for music moments, but it's something that makes these kinds of shows better. I'm pretty aware this website is for fans, why do you think I posted on it? Only a fan has the right to critique. And actually, only a really big fan knows how to.

The music in GG can't even be compared to the one in The O.C. The O.C. had ATLEST one incredible song in every episode. And I agree about Chair. That's why I love Derena, they remind me of Ryan and Marissa's romantic scenes. I love the one you wrote about:)

I've come to realize that Gossip Girl is actually a pretty shitty show. Yes, it's still my favorite, and don't attack me , just read. For anyone who watched Josh Schwartz previous masterpiece "The O.C." you may agree with me. What the OC had: Music moments. Beautiful montages at the end of some really great episodes to the best picked music on television. Even shows like Grey's Anatomy, even more; Private Practice does them. They make you get a little emotional. They did it in the pilot with "Something to Believe" and in High Society with "Apologize" but think about it, where else have you felt that way at the end of an episode.
One OC music moment that really sticks out is "Dice" in The Countdown. In slow motion, and to a genius song by Finley Quaye, Ryan...yes, in slow motion, takes the stairs to the penthouse to tell Marisa he loves her on New Year's. Racing the clock nonetheless, and they kiss and confetti falls and it's just beautiful. Now think about the parallels between thi

I don't think there will be major Chair scenes tonight but there might be simple ones that are pointless but i would be ok with that too.

People say they get sick of Dan and Serena's on-and-off relationship, but Chair are just the same. They had sex, fought, was together, broke up, together, he couldn't say I love you, fought, he wants her, but then she doesn't want him, and vice versa. I like them, but I don't understand why people hate when Dan and Serena are on and off...

I agree, LuvChuck. The Chuck and Blair obsession gets a little bit too much... I like them, even though I like Dan and Serena more. And I thought the exact same thing when it stood v. boring. After a while I understood that it meant very boring, not Vanessa boring:P

i think N & V r cute, but not a completley amazing couple. I love chuck and Blair 2gthr, and as characters themselves. Also I'm totally in love with eric! He is the smartest of the all!! He's always the one giving the advice! I was happy to see that he has recently gotten more screen time

Cass, you clearly did not understand what I wrote. I stated that I DO think Blair and Chuck are the best, and I did not say anything bad about the actual *show*. What I am tired of is every post on this *message board* being about Chair. Thankfully the posts after mine brought up several more interesting points.
Paige: I, too, love the Blair-Dan relationship, now that you mention it! And Eric should totally get more screen time. He is so calm and wise and down to earth - a lot of people could really learn a thing or two from him.
I see now that "v. boring" should mean "very boring" but to be honest, my initial reading was "Vanessa boring" hahaha.

Hey guys! Check out the 'Gone with the will - preview' again, and compare it to the last episode! The 'Blair wouldn't touch you' - scene should have happened while Jack was there after the brunch eating and C went there to talk to him, it should have happened when Jack was leaving the room! Just watch out for the clothes they are wearing and the room itself (eg. the bookshelf behind Jack).
I'm not sure, but that's what I noticed:)

eww i seriously hate nate and vanessa WORST COUPLE EVER i've been missing like the season 1ish kind of scandals but tonights ep seems like its not too serious like what's been going on lately i feel like the story line is a bit boring but it looks like its getting better!
