We have a good Entourage season six update for you, fans. 

Despite Jeremy Piven's recent health problems (high mercury levels) that forced him to leave his Broadway show Speed the Plow, Piven will be ready to start filming season six next month!

According to what the actor told E! Online: "I followed the doctor's orders, enforced rest is what they said, and that's what I did. I've been detoxing the mercury and resting for about a month now." 

Good, we can't wait any longer for the next season of Entourage.

Now, for some really good news about the upcoming episode:  According to Adrian Grenier, the season is "a throwback to season one. We're going to have some good, old-fashioned fun this time."
