Wow, if we give you guys any more Lost season 5 premiere spoilers, there may not be much left in the episode to watch!  That being said, we have some more premiere spoilers for you courtesy of E! Online.

• Though they claimed there would be less flashbacks and flash-forwards, during the first hour of the premiere, there will be a past and present Desmond
• With Ben's "help," Jack is kicking his drug habits nicely.  Oh and Ben tells Jack if he goes back to the Island he'll never be able to return to the real world
• Instead of Sawyer receiving the bitch slaps, he'll do some slapping of his own in the premiere and it's hilarious
