I happen to have mixed opinions.
When the rumours that Heigl wanted to leave the show sunrose I thought: okey, how are they going to let go? How are they gonna please the audience? I mean, they could have done the same what they did to Hahn or Burke to Izzie. Take her out and try to figure out throughout the story what happen. Or guide us through it, which happend.
Errmmm... it's not a surprise that now Izzie has a B R A I N T U M M O R but in a way it's good to have Denny back (the way he left was like a heart taken out from the chest), and if Heigl is leaving it's the "farest" way to do it, PLUUUSSS he's coming FOR HER. Wow... THAT was the twist...
She was his heaven but now he's her hell.
I gess, that what i'm trying to say is :CONGRATS to the writers that deal with these situations SO GOOD.
I suppouse "we" are hard to please. But after I dried my face from the HUGE tears I though: this is the BEST way to turn the story arround.
I'm really into Slexie aaaaaaaannddd...

I need more George now. I adore him. he is my sweet wonderful George. I also adored his friendship with Izzie, and I want it back. He betetr be involved in this or I will be so pissed off.
And Mark and Lexie are even worse than Alex and Izzie as a couple and Alex and Izzie are BAD, so that is saying.

For those thinking that the Izzie/Denny storyline is over...it isn't....JDM will be staying around until March, because that is when Izzie will officially be diagnosed. (Soure: Spoilerfix.com)

One of the best episodes ever! Part of it is due to the music, especially this dark music at the beginning of the episode. Any idea of who composed this music? I love it!
Ellen did a great job: I almost cried at the end of the episode. Ths scene outside the prison was heartbreaking and breathtaking.
And I love more and more Lexie/Mark.

Well, Izzie just found out about her ailment so I'm sure that when she starts trying to figure out what is happening she will tell George. I'm sure George is going to help her through this...
at least I hope so!!

LOVED THAT EPISODE!!! totally on my "favourite greys epi's" list
so, yeah, not much george (shocker) and not much callie either
:(
but lexie and mark were kinda cute-in their broken penis kinda way-still severly missing mark and callie....
izzie and denny- i'm nto a fan of denny coming back but i actually kinda liked this epi- i liked izzie-who has been pissing me off since like season 3 but yea, glad she's realised she's sick

I hate hate hate Lexie and Mark so much. It is like watching a dad do his daughter, so gross.
I miss George and him and Izzie's relationship so much. Bring it back.

This episode really rocks!
Tears were streaming down my face at the end and I couldn't figure it out why I felt that way,now I know the writers did such a great job on the serial killer,who we grew compassion on.
I really hope Iz will be ok.

Very pleased with last nights episode, on the whole.
For what might have been the first time in the whole series, I really liked Meredith's character. She showed a lot of strength and a lot of maturity in the last couple of scenes, and I really felt for her. Brava to both the actor and the writers.
Very glad that she and Christina are on the mend. I didn't realize how important their friendship was until it was gone and I was surprised by how much I missed it.
I really like Lexie with Mark, even though she did break his penis. I liked that she stood up to him and told him that she wasn't going anywhere. They really shouldn't work, for all practical reasons, but I think they do. I'm interested to see where this is headed.
I like Arizona Robbins. I think she could be an interesting addition, if they decide to keep her on fulltime.
Loved Bailey, as always. Chandra Wilson just knocks it out of the park every single time. Somebody else said it, but it bears repeating tha

Bravo to the writers!!!! Last nights show was superb! To those of you out there who are fed up with the Denny story.... you know who you are.... please just give the story a chance. Why are you all so negative?!! Izzie is sick and I love the way they are playing this. I just hope she does not leave. No one else could play that part!! Loved the part when Derek was waiting for Meredith and she came out sobbing. I was sobbing!! Fantastic season so far!! Do miss George!!!!!
