All I can say is: finally! After everything that's happened with Derek and Meredith, it's good that they're actually getting engaged. Hopefully the writers won't write some engagment-killing plot.
As for the Mark and Addison thing, I must say that, while I love Addison, I don't want her to interfere with Mark and Lexie. Thankfully, he doesn't look too tempted by her advances, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I'm not sure that Mark isn't enjoying it more than he is surprised. The last time Addie came back she sorta stopped him.
I read this somewhere else, and had to read it like a thousand times to make sure that it said fiance. Initially I thought it was a mistake but after the description of "Beat Your Heart Out", it was it. I'm so happy and so excited!! I can't wait to see what goes wrong or how Mer says yes and even better yet, the big romantic gesture McDreamy is going to make.

Mark definately looks like he is NOT enjoying Addison's advances. Which is completely fine by me because I have decided that I am so for Mark and Lexie. I don't know why. I just am. I think they are cute together!
Meredith and Derek engaged!!!! Do a here a resounding "FINALLY" haha! So excited! I can't wait to see how our dear McDreamy pops the question!

Okay the Fiance bit is amazing!!!!!! I love Addison and I love Mark, but not together! That ship has sailed and to be honest I really love Mark and Lexie and I would like to see what happens to Addison and the OBGYN doc. So I hope it's just flirting and that it goes no where!!!!

Yeah- in the next episode after this week, Derek looks for the spot where he wants to pop the question to Meredith. So, I think by then the happy couple will finally get engaged!! It is about time!!! Can not wait for that to happen!!!

Yeah.... Meredith and Derek probably will be engaged by then!!! I thought it was happening in Beat Your Heart Out the whole time. Isn't that also supposedly the episode when Izzie learns she has a brain condition?? Anyway, can't wait! Mark and Addison are funny together too!

I'm feeling the whole Mark and Addie flirting thing going on! I LOVED THEM TOGETHER! i think that Addison should chase Lexie away and then go back to California and brake mark's heart and leave Callie to pick up all the pieces. Then Mark and Callie will get married JUST LIKE DEREK AND MEREDITH (yay!) and live HAPPILY EVER AFTER with a ton af kids!!! :) yay for MALLIE!
