Kate Walsh Smiles For the Cameras
Despite the turmoil of her pending divorce, Private Practice star Kate Walsh smiled as she took her dad to the Senior Citizen Center in Hollywood on Saturday.
Private Practice returns at 10 p.m. Thursday - in its new time slot after parent show Grey's Anatomy - with an all-new episode entitled "Contamination."

I don't know but for me She is incredibly thin on this photo :( Maybe it's from stres or sth?

I would have expected that the poster on a Private Practice site would have a copy of the S1 DVD, and would have been able to tell that the man with her is her brother Joe.
Kate's father died when she was 22. Unless you suffer from whatever ails Izzie Stevens there is no excuse for such a mistake.
