According to Entertainment Weekly, NCIS is diving into the personal life of Director Leon Vance (played by Rocky Carroll).

A CBS insider says producers are introducing this character's never-before-seen wife and children later this season. Casting is underway.

I would like to know what is the name of the actress who plays Director Leon Vance wife on ncis and also is she connected to Oprah I think she has a striking resemblance to Oprah.
