Ugly Betty returned last night after its month long hiatus with "Dress for Success."  In the episode Betty began at her YETI program under the guidance of editor Jodie Papadokis (Bernadette Peters).

Betty was forced to network which she proved more than capable of with a little assistance from the master, Marc.  During her journey to meet fourty new people, Betty crossed paths with Elle assistant Teri (Nikki Blonsky) who turned out to put the enemy in frenemy.
