Desperate Housewives Spoilers: Is Dana Delany Gone Next?

at .

As Marc Cherry has proven with taking Nicolette Sheridan off Desperate Housewives, no one's job is safe on the show this season.  Ausiello recently caught up with Dana Delany at the Independent Spirit Awards and she fears her job may be next.

According to what Delany admitted to Ausiello, "Everyone is vulnerable on Wisteria Lane -- any of us could go.  Every single person in that cast feels like their days are numbered. I think [Marc] likes to keep people on their toes."

Dana Delany as Katherine Mayfair

In an upcoming episode of Desperate Housewives where Katherine and Mike go camping with resident murderer Dave, making poor Delany even more fearful for her job.  According to Delany, "Trust me, I was worried the minute I read that.  [Dave's] clearly not right in the head, and he has already wrongfully accused people of crimes, punched people, and killed people. But it's good because that sense of not knowing keeps the actors on their toes and it keeps the audience anticipating."

Oh and to further add to the tease, Delany says that on the camping trip, "There was a rifle involved, but I can’t say anything more than that."

Desperate Housewives Quotes

Dr. Barr: Hey there. I was surprised to hear you wanted a session.
Bree: Well, there's nothing like being tied to a bed to change a girl's mind.
Dr. Barr: What do you wanna talk about?
Bree: Anything at all. As you said, I...I have a lot of issues.
Dr. Barr: Well, I assumed as much when you told the ridiculous story about your daughter running off with a murderer.
Bree: Saw right through that, did ya?
Dr. Barr: Well, I'm a trained professional, Bree. The human mind is my playground.
Bree: Well, I'm glad that you're having fun.

(to dead body) "Tu me manques, Monique" ("I Miss You Monique").
