I really don't think that the kiss is going to play a major part in the storyline. It's just going to be something casual that it'll be nothing. At least for Derek. Addie may be already celebrating that her brother is ok but I wouldn't worry about it.

personally, i think addison is drunk!
you see her act like shes going to kiss derek at joe's
and then you see her extremely close to mark so go figure?
that would just make everything funnier if she was.
and if i get to be a surgeon like i hope to be, ill probably need something to dull the pain as well. just talking to my version of cristina won't be enough
and one good thing came from denny i wanted to see a real heart transplant, i did and it sealed my fate of being a surgeon

Cordelia- we all know that derek will not propose during this episode. Shonda is going to drag it out another 2 or 3 episodes... It's just how Grey's usually works.

I'm convinced that Jen, the one with the "aneurysm" that they are operating on, doesn't really have an aneurysm, because the tests were mixed up...and they do usrgery for nothing ...

If you remember from last week's episode, when Izzie looked at the lady's test and it said something like she had a tumor, my theory is that the tests got switched and Izzie is the one with the brain problem, and the lady in the clinic is the one who's anemic.

Der's confidence in his surgical skills always seems to get in the way, when the pressure for the outcome of the surgery has to be perfect, and there are NO OTHER options.
The hardiest part for me tonite is watching Cristina's man hug and I think kiss another woman. I know this is going to send me over the edge!!! THIS is NOT GOOD!!!
