Love the idea! ah ah, so a schemey "faccendiere" is in New York? (faccendiere: anne's boyfriend's "job", You don't have a word in English,basically his job is to create contacts between persons who want to have business together, and gets a payment or favours in return... oH bollocks, it's too difficult to explain. Nothing to do with Mafia though.)Giorgio is an Italian name too... mhh. I'm a bit sorry for Dan though, but it should be interesting. But please, please, if he's truly Italian can I coach him with his accent! WE DON'T SPEAK THE WAY ITALIAN CHARACTERS USUALLY SPEAK IN AMERICAN MOVIES! That doesn't meen that we speak properly, only the movies' Italian accent is usually pretty fake. Can't stand when I hear it...

I don't care that the storyline is ripped from the tabloids....GEORGIES BACK!!!!!! Anything involving her character is brilliant! Michelle Trachtenberg is wicked. And Georgie has THE best fashion sense. x

Elena I was thinking the same. They are introducing too many different SL and not developing them well. They all seem too rushed.
I want to see it but I hope they introduce this guy pretty soon. What worries me is that they are still casting this new character but they are filming 2.19 o 2.20. So when are they going to introduce him?

ausiello had insinutaed this a while back. said serena will ahve a lot in common with anne hathaway pretty soon so everyone assumed it was the boyfiend scandal. i think it's a good plotline. anne hathaway might not be too pleased but it's the stuff GG is made of!
It seems good to me...but with so few episodes left, there is enough time to develop it properly?

I agree - sounds like a cool storyline and hopefully Dan will start to appreciate Serena! And even though this new guy sounds bad but it is good for S to have a change from the 'brooding artist' type guy

I'm totally DS shipper, but I get that they can't be together right now. Event hough I love them, this sounds like a great storyline. Serena can be with this guy for a while, someone else, and in the end hook up with Dan again!
