I hope they both leave.
Izzie has ALWAYS drove me crazy, she is overly emotional about EVERYTHING.
I think George is a wimpy, dweeby guy.
I just hope if Izzie leaves the show Denny will continue to haunt Seattle Grace.

No you need to rewatch the show. George stopped talking to Izzie for weeks on end to make Callie happy, so no he wasn't running after Izzie. He wasn't even talking to her.
Memory lapse do you?
Remember whenh George almost died and Callie hit him? And George himself said Callie treated him like a dog who when he misbehaved, she whacked on the nose with a newspaper.
My mom watched the show once, saw GC and said why does he seem so beaten down when with her and so happy with Izzie?
And Callie barely even shed a tear over George and jumped into bed with Mark. Kind of hard to feel bad for her.
I feel worse for George. He is the one who got left with nothing. Izzie broke that marriage as much of him. She begged him to leave Callie and then the minute things went bad, she dumped him and went back sleeping with Alex.
Yeah George refused the money because he is class-act.
George deserves happiness but because Shonda hates him, he deosn't.

I don't care who cheats. It is just wrong. But this form isn't about all the other people on this show it is about Izzy. It wasn't only the way she cheated with George but everytime she got the chance. She rubbed it in Callies face.
When mer and der had sex in the hospital with Addison there during the prom. I thought that was tacky. And Callie during the time she was dating Hahn, when she kept running to Sloan. I thought that was wrong too. It was also cheating. Everyone of them have cheated except for Bailey. Oh yeah and Callie didn't trick him into marriage. If you remember he got down on his knees and ask her to marry him. And she didn't lie about being rich. Her Dad offered to give them a house and car as a bridal present. And a wedding. But George refussed. And her Dad paid for that $800 a week motel room. And another thing Callie didn't treat him like a dog. When the hell did she have time to treat him like a dog. He was always gone running after Izzy. I think ya need to go ba

Then you must hate Alex too. he slept with a married woman. And you must hate Derek. He cheated on Addison twice with Mer. And you must also hate Richard. He cheated on his wife for years. And you must hate Mark, he slept with his best friend's wife for months.
They all cheated. george at least had the decency to feel bad about it and also had the excuse of being drunk.
George is by far the best guy on the show, the most decent despite the one-night stand. And he felt so guilty he couldn,t even be happy with Izzie.
They are all cheaters on this show so spare me the double standard, will you please?
And yes we are ALL upset about George because we all love him, and because this is not TR's decision.
I guess you haven't been reading Aussiello and all the erst.
TR wants to quit because he has no story. They didn,t cut his story because he wanted to leave.
It is the show's fault. They are the ones not writing for him and that is why he wants to go. So yes IMO they are

It wasn't Greys or anyone else trying to get rid of your precious George and Izzy. Heigl wants off the show so she can go on to movies. And TR is wanting to go back to theater. If they don't realize what a good deal they have being on one of the most popular show ever, then maybe they should leave. But you know what? If they leave the show. I bet ya, in 5 or 10 yrs everyone will have forgot who they are. You all are so pissed cause George is leaving. But it was his decision to leave. So don't ya think that the writters aren't writting him story lines cause they know that he is leaving? I thought George was cute. But he hasn't ever been one of my favorites. When he cheated on Callie that pretty much done it for me. I hate a cheater. And Izzy was the one he cheated with. I think that Callie should have knocked the hell out of her. But Callie was adult about it and let it go.

Gizzie is my favorite couple but I don't like Izzie that much on her own or with Alex. George is my favorite so if I have to pick between them, I want George to stay. He is why I watch the show and this season ahs sucked without him.

My three sisters and I adore George. He always makes us happy and we adore the Gizzie couple and friendship.
If making him vanish this season was meant to make us stop caring, it didn't work. We care mroe than ever and we will not watch without him.

If they bring back Burke after treating George so bad TR quit, I will be so angry. I will really start to believe all the rumors that this show is homophobic and that Shonda is getting rid of TR to make her homophobic jerk friend IW happy.
A lot of people would quit if that happened.
Most of us love George more than ever this season because we have seen what the show is without him, and it sucks.

oh my god!!!! izzie can not leave!!! no no no no no!!!!! i mean she is one of the main characters in the story and I LOVE HER CHARACTER and just imagine how sad will alex be especially now that he is being compassionate, loving and caring IZZIE STEVENS brings out the best in ALEX KAREV! poor alex..
izzie is one of my favorite characters, of all the interns she is the most sympathetic she feels with her patients and thats the best thing about her..
Regarding George i dont really care if he departs because ABC and shonda made a great idea of little by little reducing the exposure of george its like his just this new intern of grey's anatomy he is totally out of the show..

sorry to tell everyone, but Izzie's symptoms are that of stage 4 melanoma, which has absolutely no cure. It mets to the lungs and brain typically, as the xrays shown at the end of the last episode showed lesions to both. The case they are presenting is very typical of this type of cancer (most poeple have no clue how very insidious this type is)and have no doubt her certain death was sealed when they chose this diagnosis.

I will be very annoyed if they are getting rid of Izzie & George they were funny & great as friends & couple. Yang is more annoying. Should get rid of torres and the new exGI dr. blah. The story lines the first 3 years were much better. There was more comraderie between them which gave more humour and better scenes. WAKE UP TPTB don't lose a good show for stupidity

Does anyone remember that all the characters had meat when the show first started. We all watched every week or tivo'd to see what would happen next. Sad thing is, it takes a lot of work and research to continue that kind of writing for each character. The spin-off is good but it's draining trying
to maintain that kind of pace. I think it's possible but hard if you think you are going to lose cast members. I hope the writing gets back to what it is previously. They need to decide where the best chemistry in the group lies and go with that. It's annoying that so many characters have been brought in and then let go so quickly. You can't focus on good writing for the main characters this way. Anyway still a Grey's fan.

I am very sad to see izzie go. I love her..I also love her in her movies. But Goerge has not had much of a part this season..so it is almost like he is not there already. I wonder if they will bring Burke back if george leaves..that would be good..i guess. I wonder what they will do if they both leave? What actors will take there place at seattle grace? It is too bad..I love the show and to see important peaple leave.. I hope the show can make it!

That is because Burke wasn't half as popular or important as George and Izzie. He isn't the heart and soul of this show like George and Izzie are. They are probably the two most popular characters with Meredith.
So no I won,t watch without them. The show sucks so bad already.

I'm sorry to say that I won't miss George so much as I will miss Izzie...but that is even a stretch. Neither of them make or break this show. It's not Steven's Anatomy...It's Grey's Anatomy. The show survived just fine without Burk, although I wouldn't mind him coming back to fight Hunt for Christina. That would be funny! These characters will be missed but not mourned.

George is basically the greatest. Shonda tried so hard to make us stop loving him but guess what? it didn't work. He is still my favorite forever.

OK for the last time TR was the victim, IW the bad guy. The 2 or 3 annoying Burke fans should get that through their head. IW didn't even get fired for the TR incident, he got fired because he lied about it months after and because he had a history of bad behavior on the Grey set and on previous shows.
I do think TR's awful treatment by Shonda though is all about her making him pay for having to fire her favorite best friend IW and it makes me sick.
George is the heart and soul of this show and he was never given any respect.
Look at how they dropped Gexie for Slexiepuke when most of us wanted Gexie. Look at the 2 minutes per episode he has.
TR is a great actor and George is amazing. He deserves better.

Rory go away. If you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. There are plenty of George fans here who are sick and tired of your remarks.
I don't know if you are bitter about that jerk IW but leave us alone. There are many characters I hate but I shut up about it for their fans' sake. Maybe I have more class than you?
I love George and I am sick and tired of him having 2 minutes per episode. I am sick and tired of the Gizzie friendshipo being ignored and of being given false hope all the time.
So when he goes, I will too.

TR is the funniest coolest chick ever, and a great actor. This show gives him nothing and he is totally justified to want to leave.
When he and Izzie does, I will leave too. I watched for Gizzie then George and Izzie, especially George, separately.

No George didn't get your homophobic man tossed off the show. Your homophobic violent man got himself tossed off the show by physically assaulting one of his co-stars, insulting the other then lying azbout it then calling the show racist for months. If a guy like this, who assaulted a woman on a set a few years back, is homophobe, makes fun of dyslexic and attack colleagues is your kind of guy, then really your opinion means squat really since you are some kind of sick sick person.
I saw a lot of TR interviews and he is also classy, sweet and totally funny. He is one cool guy, one classy guy not to mention an amazing actor and he is the one who made George such a lovable unforgettable character.
I watch for him so when he leaves, I won't be watching anymore.
