Might a little Ghost Whisperer be in the oven?

During a stop at New York Fashion Week over the weekend, Jennifer Love Hewitt talked to E! News about what The Ghost Whisperer viewers can expect on remaining episodes this season.

"There's lots going on," she said. "I think the audience will be very, very happy. There's an unexpected reunion and there's maybe the pitter-patter of tiny feet."

Don't be shocked, Melinda. But you may be knocked up.
