OMG! This is the episode that proves that Grey's can be the same it was a few years ago! The proposal...very sweet. I just need to say that the title of the episode though totally gave it away so if the writers could try not to do that anymore with big episodes like tonight, then we'll be a-ok! I'm bummed though that ABC didn't show a promo for next week's new episode. I guess we'll have to tune into greysanatomyinsider.com!!

OK so do the writers check with each other or what? The continuity on this show is so bad. Last week Alex seemed angry at izzie for not telling him, and George showed up with a big smile for her. Now George is the one angry? WTF?
Don't tell me he'll stay angry at her and Shonda is ruining our Gizzie friendship too or I'll throw something

Not that odd. If Izzie stays infertile with chemo/radio, for have a baby she'll have to do artificial insemination. So seems that Alex is already saving the sperm for the procedure, for the possibility that they may need it to do it in the future.

well, owen had PTSD moment and ended up choking christina almost to her death, but callie stopped her. izzie prepares herself for the surgery that derek is stressed about doing. and alex is going back and forth to get seamen in a cup for izzie's egg just incase they wanted to later have a baby. owen tried to break up with christina because he felt so bad, but she said she knows her limits, and she's staying in their relationship. george is off doing callie's bone work because hes upset izzie didn't tell him, and instead told christina... i think i got everything covered so far.

I find it remarkable how Cristina and Meredith kinda switched roles. Meredith is protective of Cristina now against Owen the same way Cristina was of Meredith against Derek. Lots of parallels. :)

I do hope derek will pop the question in this night episode..The timing would be amazing since the show premeried 4years ago..Plus they are both ready now.. Meredith has grown up,she has faced all her fears... And Derek needed to face he is not a god,he can make some mistakes but he has to be strong enough to rise up

its funny how you mentioned four years tomorrow would mark the start of greys and since the pilot starts with that morning after scene. in "greys" world I guess that would mean tonight would be four years since they actually drunkenly met in joes bar and hit the sheets. haha weirdd.
