Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Izzie's Cancer Revealed?

Izzie’s (Katherine Heigl) condition is solved by the interns in the next Grey's Anatomy (the March 12 episode), according to Justin Chambers (Alex Karev).
“Izzie has cancer, so I’m there to support her,” he tells TV Guide.
There you go.
With all the trials and tribulations that have befallen Izzie Stevens lately - the return of the ghost of Denny Duquette, sex with the ghost of Denny Duquette, making crafts for her team of interns - this probably doesn’t come as a major surprise.
But to actually hear the word “cancer” from Justin Chambers, who plays her love interest, confirms what viewers probably knew for months sensed was coming.
The actor says that Alex and the rest of the Seattle Grace gang are going to have their hands full as they help their friend Izzie deal with her upcoming battle.
“I would expect Alex to shut down a little bit if something awful happens to Izzie, but these are opportunities to see his chivalrous side and his true love for her, so there should be some interesting stuff coming up,” says Chambers.

i don't think izzie's gonna die with that melanoma disease.
although they say she has 5 percent chances of survival but that's only to scare the fans.
In the end they'll pull off a miraculous surgery possibly done by all of seattle grace's surgeons including derek and save izzie.

The ratings are still down 5 millions, that is a lot. And if George leaves for good, they would drop even more.
I still watch because I want to see if they are going to show George but if he left, I wouldn't watch at all.
Izzie can leave though. I only like her with George.
If George goes, I leave.
And yeah George has loads of fans. I talk to a lot of them and most of them will leave if he goes.
And Erica you make no sense at all. Learn to talk clearly.

I do not think it's time for George to leave at all. The ratings have still been good even though George hasn't had screen time in months. But they would be WAY BETTER if George does get screen time, a story, a chance to be there for his best friend. A spoiler a while back mentioned Alex and George having to come to terms and step up and both be there for Izzie. I am holding on to that spoiler. I hope that Shonda will live up to that and let George be there with Izzie, have screen time. If she does, it will bring many George fans back and the ratings will soar even more.
George is a fantastic character. He speaks to so many fans. Shonda is a fool if she keeps him off the screen much longer.
I am a George fan who still watches. I watch b/c I'm a MerDer fan, a Sloan fan, an Izzie fan, a Bailey fan, a Cristina fan and an Alex fan... so I have not quit the show over this. BUT I really, really want TR to stay with GA and George to be on screen more.

I have to agree with Dodger. The rating is still great w/o George. It shows that George don't has so many fans as you think. Although not-fan of George fan but like him on the show still keep on watching if that character gone. Maybe it's time for TR to leave. Not yet for Izzie.

Shonda should care about the George fans walking out and those not walking. Hey those fans would watch if he had a story, and the ratings would go up as George has a lot of fans.

I have the same thought, Dodger. I'm not a fan of George. He is a complete and utter boring.
