Not Vegas, it's not them...maybe the Caribbean? Barefoot, at the beach, at sunset? That'd be more romantic ;) At least that's how I'd do it. I'd also go with just being the two of them but my guess is that Cristina and Mark (if they make up) go along. IDK. I'm excited about this! :)

First off the izzy thing has been talked about for months now and obviously something is wrong with her....to keep reading comments about it make me tired of izzy. (i know i know I am talking about it) Anyway the thing that should of caught peoples attention is Patrick Dempsey saying third time a charm. Isn't that what the whole show is leading up to....an ending for Derek and Meredith??? I'll answer that for you...YES!!!! And it won't happen in Vegas...why? I'll answer that too...because its already been done...remember George and Callie???? and as of late following in georges footsteps aren't a good thing.

The word "dirty mistress" is not the worst thing that he can say to her. He could tell her that he does not want children yet and her bump in the stomach will pass away. Cristina could tell him and he will leave Mer house after that. In such way Derek could make his dreamy house in which he will live alone.
Shonda does love abortions and does not like proposals. .

Just two before the priest in Vegas is not such a bad idea taking in mind that Derek could leave Meredith at the alter because he has felt depressed or he has changed his mind.

The proposal will be a failure. It could be worse. When Mer and her mom are depressed they are suicidal.

Kristen-- I agree that George will probably freak out/ that Izzie is not going to leave BUT I also think that TR's not going to leave either-- PD was on the View yesterday and said as much. He also said that the MerDer wedding would happen by the end of the season!!!!
Can't wait for tonight!

Stage 4 metastaic melanom that has spread to brain and lungs (or possibly bones)... I think Stage 4 is where it has spread to more than one place

I don't think that Izzie is going to die. I think tht Derek's gonna save her. However, I think that George might flip out because if everyone remembers his dad died from cancer that mastasized(sp)(spread) to his other vital organs.....He may be thinking of him, and think that izzie is going to die...and leave? I'm not sure, just a thought. I'm pretty sure Katherine Heigl isn't going anywhere, considering she accidently let it slip out of her mouth whil drinking to a fan that she would be back next season. I am SO excited for tonight

I think the poster named "guest" is almost right. I believe it's stage 4 malignant melanoma that has spread to her brain and lungs. Metastasis is characteristic of stage 4 cancer, and it would be redundant to say "metastatic" and "that has spread," and it's necessary to differentiate malignant melanoma from a benign lesion.
Just my medical two-cents!
