I love George and Izzie as best friends and as a couple. I think they have this rare chemistry that you don't find very often on a TV show/movie. But hey, that's just my two cents.
Meredith and Derek need to get married already. It is getting annoying having to constantly wait for the big day to happen and they just keep putting it off and putting it off. When they get married, I hope Rose shows up so Meredith can beat her with the bouquet :-) That'd be insanely hilarious...
Hunt might not be too thrilled about the idea of a wedding either. He seems a little mysterious to me, which makes him interesting.

yea a yang/hunt wedding would be great. but idont think that gunna happen since cristina alrady did the "wedding" thing. i hust really think merder deserve to have their happy ending and start a fam. and i just love the gizzie friendship. them as a couple? nope.

I'd rather see a Gizzie wedding over every other couple on the show, but hey... That wouldn't happen in a billion years. That's why there's fanfiction ;-)
I dunno, I think the Slexie wedding would probably make me vomit. They're too cheesy and sugary-sweet. It's not very realistic.
I'd rather see a Yang/Hunt wedding since Gizzie is out of the question and MerDer apparently aren't it. They are currently one out of the two couples on this show that actually have chemistry.

Um... a LOT of people care if George leaves. I care, and many fans on and off this website do as well. If George and Izzie get married, I'll call this my all-time favorite TV show again.
But don't worry, there won't be a Gizzie wedding. The writers aren't that brave. It'll probably be either Slexie or AI.

I guess I knew the wedding wouldn't be MerDer's. It would be too fast. But I'm kinda disapointed anyway. It's the 100th episode and everyhing, if a MerDer wedding should happen it should happen in that episode! Yeah, deep down I really hoped and wanted the wedding to be theirs because I've waited 5 freakin season now! It's about time you know.. But still, like I said, it would be too fast. And I can't see them having a happy wedding if Izzie's dying.
Instead, if they wait, they have the time to plan the most amazing wedding ever! And I think the union between them PD talked about is a McBaby!

Yay for George getting a story where he can show his medical chops. Owen is really like Burke, is he? With Cristina and now george, just like Burke. Except Kevin is great and IW was a jerk.
George needs to stay and become a kick-ass doctor. The show would be so lame without him.

My bet is on Mark and Lexi for the wedding. I dont think that Greys is so lame to let Izzie get married just before she is about to die and Mer-Der wedding that would have been tooo obvious. I think that McSteamy is so happy with Lexi and that Lexi is setting an example for her sister Meredith. Everything is possible and because Mark is Dereks best friend, Derek finally sees that everybody is able to live happily ever after and that people can really change when they are with someone they really love.

Happy birthday TR. I hope you have a fantastic one and many many happy years to come.
I am so happy George is finally getting a story. TR is so talented and my very favorite actor on TV.
I just hope he doesn't leave. I can't imagine Izzie without George or Grey's without him.

Does anyone else watch bones? This reminds me of the season 3 finale when a computer gut went off to the army and came back in the premier of the next season with a shaved head because he was fired.

He wouldn't be a soldier. He would be a doctor helping people, and I can see George doing that just fine.
George loves helping people. He really cares.
Of all the guys, he is the only one I can see going into danger just to help people with his big big heart.
I don't get why George has this reputation of being weak just because he is sweet. Some people have a really warped sense of mentality when caring and sweet mean weak. And yep this is directed at the post above mocking George.
Why isn't there a thread to wish TR happy birthday? there was for every other actor on the show.

Did you know that he was in a car accident last week? He's alright, but according to the LAPD he caused it. No one was seriously injured, but a woman went to the hospital for minor neck pains. There are pictures of T.R. helping the woman. He's not being charged and he's probably not going to get ticketed for it since there weren't any cops there to witness it. Damn those heavy construction areas...

Why wouldn't George go to war to help people? of all the people there, George is by far the bravest and most selfless.
He is probably the only one who would be selfless enough to risk his life helping people. The other ones are too selfish.
Wasn't George the only one to risk his job to help the nurses?
I don't want George to go though. He is the only lovable character on the show. He is the heart of Grey.

George and Izzie were the most beautiful couple ever. With George, Izzie's eyes were always sparkling. Not anymore. Katherine Heigl said George made Izzie happier than anyone so she was a Gizzie fan too.
I want them back.

I hope George proposes to Izzie. I never wanted those two to separate. While Izzie hasn't said I love you to Alex, she has to George...I also feel that George would be able to comfort her and be her best friend through the toughest times. go Gizzie!

George doesn't sound sound the type of guy that goes to the army. But he had some bad moments in his private life maybe he sees it as a change. But this would be a pretty dramatic storyline, imo...
About the wedding, I wasn't expecting a MerDer wedding. My bet is still on Izzie and Alex or Mark and Lexie...

Marriage? Definitely Alex and Izzie. They've stumbled into the whole "Moonlighting" trap where they think Meredith and Derek together is a death trap. It's too bad too, considering how little wife and mom roles are out there these days. I guess everyone's too busy dreaming of single lives! Well, let's just hope its not little Grey and McSteamy...they are already the oddest couple out there, not to mention little Grey is miscast as a doctor. Yoga enthusiast, granola, wannabe actress living in NoHo? Totally. Everytime I see her I think of every other self-conscious, self absorbed tiny actress in Hollywood. Ohh, maybe I need to stop going out so much for lattes, I think they're starting to slowly make me bitter! So here's my wishes... I think the marriage because you are dying is so lame. I don't think Alex and Izzie are at that point yet. I mean, she has been screwing with a dead ghost for most of their relationship and then they barely talked or did anything. They barely had any scenes. Then they are suppose to get married? Please!
I don't want George to leave. I am thrilled he is getting a story with Owen, that is my second favorite guy after George, but I hope Aussiello is wrong about the leaving part.
I hope it just means George finally gets to be the rock star doctor we all know he is, and he sticks around.
It would be better than George dying though and it would leave the door open for his return, but I don't want George to leave.
I love him.
