Q: Any dish on Grey's Anatomy's most interesting couple, Cristina and Owen? Any chance of them hitting the sheets soon?
A: "Interesting" is pretty much how Kevin McKidd summed up his Grey's Anatomy romance when he dropped by on Tuesday. Calling the docs' courtship "kind of cool," the Scotsman said, "They're probably more in love than a lot of people on the show, and yet they haven't actually consummated their relationship."
Why are they waiting to do the deed, violent PTSD outbursts aside?
Says Kevin McKidd, "They both know deep down that this isn't just [about] a quickie in the on-call room ... so they're holding out for the correct set of circumstances."
As for when said moment might arrive, I will say this: sooner than you think.

i HATED to see Cristina break up with OWEN. OMG they are my favorite couple in this show! Their relationship/connection is the most real. Boy.......definitely scary about the choking ..hopefully, this temporary break will help jost Owen out of his PTSD.

I love a relationship like this. It is sexy,romantic,sweet and adventurous. Cristina/Owen are more in love than any other couple on the show. (that is SO true) Their relationship is a true love story. As they slow roll each other to the final outcome. The looks, touching and sharing of emotions all lead to a loving sexy romantic love scene to die for.

The ABC news website has an interview with Kevin and he seems to insinuate that Iz will survive! He says this is the same team who tackled brain parisites and replacing a face.

If you go up a couple of posts, Luigi, there's a link to the next 3 sneak peeks. That's one of them SPOILER - owen strangling cristina. And then Mer comes. It is INTENSE. There's also one of derek proposing (obviously not 'the' proposal people, so don't freak out) and then there is one of derek and owen.
Lookin' good (glad to see it's not ALL about Izzie. I have to say, though, I can't help but wonder if there is not a total game going on with all the rumours over whether they are all leaving. notice they all give the same answer in interviews "everyone was there for the last taping". Hmmm

did anyone watch the VIEW this morning with Kevin McKidd on the show??? they showed an exclusive peek of tomorrow's episode! **SPOILER** Owen ends up dreaming that he is attacking an enemy at war or something and ends up choking Cristina while she was asleep! He was choking her for a good long time and Callie comes in and yells and Owen wakes up and Cristina runs to the bathroom, gagging and coughing and crying!!!
About Izzie: ok a lot of people are saying that Izzie will probably not die because Derek cannot fail again or he will quit. BUT, isn't it possible that he will get the cancer out of her brain successfully? What about her other organs, like the liver? That's not on Derek, right? Can't he successfully help her in his surgery btu maybe they can't get the cancer out of the liver or other organs? Then she may still die and Derek, although he will be very sad, will know it wasn't his fault. So I think we should really keep an open mind....Izzie may very well die! how sad
