Man Oh Man is Der looking tore up from the floor up or what?? I feel so bad for him. He is really beat down about the out come of his surgeries.
Mer is right. Those patients were at deaths door by the time they came to Der. He was their last hope. That's not his fault. Can hardly wait for thurs.

Wow, McDreamy looks like crap. He has dark circles around his eyes... and he's still gorgeous.
I'm really excited for next week's episode, it looks super exciting. I can't wait to see Derek break down.

This epi looks INTENSE!!!
I can't wait to see how it all unfolds, but my heart my just break watching Der like that!!! It is great to see how Mer is finally the optimist-- none too soon, either. Der is really going to need her to be! So, it looks like Izzie's going to confide in Cristina. I think this is going to be awesome to watch as well. Interesting pick... but I think Izzie will be looking for someone who's not really emotional (I think she'll be a little bit surprised, though, at how much Cristina's grown) and super kick-*ss at the medicine. From that point of view, good pick. How long do you think Cristina will be able to keep Izzie's illness secret from Mer???
I really hope there's gonna be some George in this epi.
