We had previously reported that Penny would be getting a little competition on The Big Bang Theory when the boys get a new female neighbor.  Now this beaituful new hottie has finally been cast.

According to Kristin Dos Santos, frequent CBS guest star Valerie Azlynn will be playing the new neighbor.  Kristin also says that Penny's supposed jealousy over the new girl is actually justified.

Kaley Cuoco (Penny) told Kristin, "Penny's not thrilled at first because the guys are ignoring her, but there's a little bit of a shift in the story where she knows something is off with this girl, and she ends up being right."
