Their next step? Founding the Michael Scott Paper Co. (or whatever his start-up will be named). To say this has disaster written all over it would be an understatement.

Elsewhere on The Office, new V.P. Charles Miner (guest star Idris Elba) continues to be hard for anyone to read. He is, after all, a completely serious, humorless man, which makes him a virtual fish out of water in this particular work environment.
