I want chuck and blair, that's all ask... we've been hanging in there for so long, it's really frustrating... and now we'll have to see blair with nate... I know I am gonna skip some episodes
I thought the Grandfather was great - classic GG style.
With that being said, ratings for it were the lowest of the season and to be honest, I'm not surprised. To come back off a six-week break with "Age of Dissonance" was a mistake. The play (which could have been hilarious) fell flat, and the Nanny and Rachel Carr storylines were infuriating to most fans. I know they were supposed to have brought Blair and Chuck to these realizations about themselves, but instead of being serious wake-up calls, they came across as shallow storylines. Although I'm sad about the ratings drop, I'm not surprised that some GG fans who were on the fence decided to sit this week out after the last episode. I have even noticed many former forum regulars on GGInsider go away.
The six week break was too long to come back with anything short of amazing. It would have been better to have ended w/ Age of Dissonance and then had a five week break before the Grandfather.

I agree with that Chuck needs to be cool again, BUT this is what am waiting for, Nate/Blair instead of CB, because I get bored.. I want something new , I want to see more scenes or romance between Nate and Blair actually they didn't give them a good chance, if they gave them, I bet everyone will like their relationship more than the silliest thing between CB, no offence. I actually fed up with CB

i admit the past 2 episodes have been a bit of a bore compared to most episodes well actually the grandfather was a pretty good episode, especially with the ending cliffhanger, but its hard to please everybody. Every viewer has a different opinion on what they want to happen and someone is always going to end up annoyed and angry, i really want to see all of them get into Yale and for a few couples to get back together.

Chuck needs to be cool again, he's acting like an adult now...
Him and Blair need to get together, and STAY that way with NO more confsuion beacause it's frustrating, I already know one person who's stopped watching because of it.
Gossip Girl needs the old spice of season one!
I loved the Grandfather too, but that's just one episode...
