I hope it's Meredith and Derek getting married. Reasons why they get married so quickly are plentiful: they want Izzie in the wedding, planning a wedding helps Izzie keep her mind off of the painful treatments and procedures and brings a bit of joy... Plus that's surprising given Meredith's past history- she tends to run (shut down) when faced with permanence and BIG steps (heck even relatively small ones.) but now she's whole and healed, she's sticking around, standing firm believing in a future. And with Izzie having a life threatening illness it makes one take a step back a take stock of their life, what's important. In the end if you can make it through the crap that Derek and Meredith have each and together gone through and still love each other and can't be without the other in the long run than get married! So my pick, if I had a say would be for them, plus I really don't see Meredith as the plan a big wedding that takes months and months type.

I doubt it'll be a mer-der weddding, just no surprise in that. I have a hunch it'll be alex and izzie or mark and lexie :)

MerDer as amazing it would be seems to predictable for Shonda. However, it IS the 100th episode (!!!!) and that would be fitting.....

I really don't think it will be Izzie and Denny- there was too much controversy and negative reactions to Denny's come back.
Like many other people, my bet is Alex and Izzie.
However, I don't exclude Mark/Lexie's wedding. They wanted to surprise us, right? Neither MerDer nor Alex and Izzie's marriage would be surprising.
But I guess there were many things in this season which were supposed to be surprising but actually were not (Izzie's cancer).

Okay so 99% of us grey's anatomy fans are wondering about whose getting married what's going to happen next??? Well only some of us are going to be right well here's the thing if you guys just come up with all these conclusions you could actually spoil some of the moments o.k. so if I were you how about some of us just chill for a while so DO YOU GOT THAT ?? oh and by the way if you want my opinion i think you guys might want to be sure on meredith and derek possibly P.S. sorry if i went overboard because i'm only 12 yrs old just incase you're wondering!! have fun watching the show!!!!

I think it's Izzie and George. They will get back together because Alex will not be able to stay with Izzie through sickness and George will be ther for her. Also it would make sense because they could move away and that would explain why they are not coming back next year.

I HOPE MerDer will be the ones that get married, since I've waited forever for that to happen, but I actually think the union between them is a McBaby!

I think MerDer will have the wedding. They said it will be a surprise and it will be a surprise since everyone thinks it's Izzie and Alex who are getting married.

it could also be owen and cristina... he did say he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her...

That would be funny if addison came back for some reason and went to a bar and mark was there too and they got drunk and then married while mark was still with lexie...that would be surprising :)

I think it will be MerDer wedding because it's the 100th episode and the past 5 seasons have all been leading up for a MerDer wedding.
I wouldn't mind an Izzie Alex wedding though but i think they would only get married if she was definitely dying since Justin Chambers isn't leaving grey's as far as we know.
But i'm dying for a MerDer wedding and a McBaby!!

The episode is entitled "Beautiful Day" and thats what Derek says before each surgery. This one, of course, is an important one: its the surgery that will get him believing in himself again and move past the Jen incident- and its like Derek becoming normal Derek again. Its going to be the day of Izzie's surgery, and I'm sure Izzie is going to marry Alex before it happens. I really don't think its going to be MerDer because Izzie is sick and I am sure they wouldn't have a wedding in the midst of all of this. I dont know? maybe?

I think there will be a McPregnancy by the end of this season but not a MerDer marriage. It would be so un-MerDer to do things in the order they are expected to. I have always thought they would have a baby before a marriage... So that will be their union.
Alex has seen the regret Izzie has had to live with, never being able to marry Denny before he died. Even if he isn't 100% ready, I think he will marry her. I don't get all this fuss over who will walk people down the isle...you don't need someone to walk you down the isle! It is a bit of a misogynistic tradition really.

Yeah, I definitely think it's an Izzie and Alex wedding...a MerDer wedding would have been too soon. Who knew that Evil Spawn will get the other Bambi?

I think it's going to be Izzy and Denny!!Because he already propossed to her as we all know!!!
