I am putting my money on Izzie and George!! I think Alex is going to walk away. Remember what he said to Addison when she came back from California? He said he felt something was going to happen like a train wreck or something to that effect. He had a bad feeling and he wasn't sure he wanted to be around for that again. He had enough of the crazy chicks. George will be there for Izzie. He loves her, yes he still loves her. Remember, the timing wasn't right. it's gonna be George!!

I really hope its Meredith and Derek, but it'll probably be Alex and Izzie. And Meredith and Derek haven't really been dating for four years, since the first four seasons only made up the one intern year.

My first thought was Alex and Izzie too, but Izzie's Catholic so wouldn't that mean there would have to be a priest, not a minister??? Also I'm guessing that there will be some sort of reconciliation between Mer and Thatcher before a MerDer wedding. And aren't there only two episodes left after Sweet Surrender? that doesn't really leave time for two weddings...

Ok, I'm pretty surprise with this. Who else is in the position to get married this quickly? Because besides MerDer, there isn't any couple that has lasted as long as they have. Every other couple are just starting out. Unless you count Alex and Izzie. So could it be them? In the face of Izzie's situation, Alex might realise how much she means to him and proposes. Hmmm...it might be them. I think it would be very interesting if it were them.

Won't be a MerDer wedding. That is the main story line. That will probably happen on the series finale. The wedding will be Denny and Izzy. Alex will propose and keep us confused but she won't go through with it. Izzy is gone. Sorry.

I read somewhere the people getting married are not who you would expect...so then I thought maybe Izzie and George because you would expect Izzie and Alex but there is always a twist. So Ithink there is going to a wedding but I think the Chief and Adelle will renew their vows or perhaps Bailey and her husband...just a thought.

I think it's going to be Mark/Lexie wedding personally, though Izzie/Alex makes sense too, though to tell you the truth, Alex doesn't seem all that supportive right now of Izzie, he seems kinda...mad.

but now that i've read everyones comments i don't think its alex and izzie at all because even though merder are getting engaged. AI ARE the couple that we think are the MOST likely to get married. I'm going for bailey and big tucker renewing their vows, since they've done couples therapy and all.

i want to guess izzie and denny, because im still looking at the season 5 primere with him saying 'you look better than a bride" but then again morgan said he doesn't know if he's coming back....so its probably just meredith and derek, or izzie and alex but i'll puke. Maybe george and callie will get back together lol. did they ever divorce?

I really don't want an Alex/Izzie wedding to happen now. Maybe next season but let's get Izzie just one thing at the time. First how 'bout getting better? That's a start. I loathe Izzie but love Alex and while Alex may propose to her before surgery, I just think it's not the best thing for them right now. They have a lot on their plate.
I DO want the wedding to be MerDer but I have my doubts about that. It's just too easy. And even so, getting married in the hospital? So not the romantic way that I'd thought to be. I really want them to elope.
I bet it's going to be the interns. That's a wedding nobody expects or maybe it's Adele and Richard renewing their vows.
