Tonight's episode of 90210, "Off the Rails," focuses on a pair of contrasting storylines:

• Silver continues to lose her mind, as she finds herself - distraught and disoriented - among the railroad tracks;
• Navid and Adrianna come to a much happier conclusion, as they babysit Kelly's son: perhaps they can be parents, after all.
