I'm so addicted on thath show.I'm from Croatia,end in our local tv is 9 episode.We must wait until the summer or autumn for 20 epi and season finale. :(,but that epi it be very interesting.I think is to soon from Alex and Izzie wedding,I always wanted they be together again,and now they finally together,but it's to soon for wedding. Definitely is Meredith and Derek who is getting married.Sorry for my bad English. :)
P.S. I hope that's not the last season.

I think the wedding is definitely Alex and Izzie. As to the "union" that PD referred to... People magazine just confirmed that Ellen Pompeo is pregnant. So maybe a MerDer baby???

i don't know if anyone else noticed this but patrick dempsey is wearing a ring in his picture on his left hand, i don't know if that is for the episode or if it is his ring in real life but maybe they do get married after all

heres what im thinking. everyone is getting ready for mere's wedding so everyones got their dresses, but then alex proposes. him and izzie get married on the 7th but she still has her bridesmaid dress for mers wedding. because either way, she will need a bridesmaid dress for the merder wedding. so that tip doesnt throw me off at all.

ana - I have heard that theory, but in the photos almost every cast member is there. That is a lot of money to spend on location and wardrobe, etc. for a simple dream sequence. Maybe not, but I did read that the networks have been putting pressure on showrunners to keep their costs down. I would think that if it were really a dream, then it would just be Izzie, Alex and of course, Denny.

Well this is the theory I came up and the more I think about it the more it makes sense. I think the pictures of the wedding that we saw was the scene of Izzie hallucinating getting Married to Alex. I think that the ones getting Married and MerDer. I have a feeling that Izzie metatarsi in the brain are going to come back or she will never stop hallucinating you just like the woman in the SP that her memory reset every 30 second before and after the brain surgery. I think Izzie is still going to have her symptoms. The whole wedding is Izzie hallucination.

In the show 24, they film three alternate outcomes for anything big so if some spoilers are leaked, they change. So maybe they have filmed Alex/Izzie married and Meredith/Derek married they just haven't decided who to marry.

I don't think that Merder will get merried in a church. I think it's gonna happen somewere else and I don't think it's gonna be a normal wedddning. Meredith won't be wearing a white wedding dress, it's just not her! Can any one see her and Derek in front of a minister in a church? If someone gets merried in the chuch I think's it's Izzie and Alex`, it's definately an Izzie thing. But I do think Merder will get merried this season though.
But then again, who knows when it's grey's. Thats what makes the show so great rignt?
