Everyone is forgetting to mention one thing. Angela Petrelli had her false memories repaired by Linderman's healing, Hiro had his memories returned by his mother's healing. How the hell are the false memories placed on Sylar going to stick when he is now a natural healer? I'm guessing they actually lasted all of 15 seconds after Parkman planted them and Sylar is just playing possum now.

i was pretty damn shocked by the finale, actually gasped when nathan got his throat slit, was a little disappointed by "the fight" not bein shown. but you all need to remember what they did with the "exploding man" episode, when they followed it by showing the episode where peter and nathan flew off....that ended up bein one of the best episodes ever!!! so have patience people, the more of you that give up, the quicker heroes leaves our screens!!! HAVE FAITH!

Oh My Funk, you guys, they killed off SYLAR. This has GOT to be the most weirded out finale ever! If Sylar is dead then everything, the good guys and the story plot, will be totally unbalanced. Without our sexy psycho killer, i see no point in watching the rest of the series :/
My only hope is that the fake Nathan gets his memories of being Sylar soon or else... (i'm assuming that he still has all his powers but just forgotten that he had them?)
I expected Nathan to be the one that would be killed of but why make Sylar into a fake Nathan?! D:

i didnt like the ending either. they should have shown the fight with the petrelli brothers and sylar but being that their only power was flight that wouldnt have been much of a fight anyway. and claire's blood couldnt save him because he was already dead. i liked nathan and thought that he was redeeming himself. i will watch volume 5 only to see the whole sylar nathan thing blow up in their faces. i mean i really did not see that coming.

I thought that it was a very good finale to Volume Four, but the fight between Sylar and the Petrelli brothers should have been shown.
It will be interesting to see how the writers develop the story in Volume Five. It looks as if one of the main plotlines will be Sylar realising that he isn't Nathan and how that will affect everyone, especially Peter and Claire.
Personally I can't wait for the next season of Heroes!

Bond3x: In the case of both Arthur and Nathan neither was completely dead. You're right that a bullet through the eye would seems like an insta kill, but if the bullet did not hit a vital life sustaining portion of the brain he could still live. There are many documented cases of people having things jabbed in the eye or head and still living.

How much dead can you get with a bullet in thru your eye. I always thought that was pretty dead, because that is what happened to HGR and he had half a bag of Claire's blood pumped into him and brought back.
The other cases where blood has been used this way were Adam healing Papa Petrelli, Adam healing Nathan, yeah these are the only ones that come to mind.
Sylar: I can't bring Nathan back Peter, but I can sure as Hell swing a sledgehammer.
