Below are some promotional photos from the next new episode of Grey's Anatomy, "Sweet Surrender." The episode airs Thursday, April 23 (sigh), but it looks like a good one.
The synopsis says that Izzie throws herself into planning Derek and Meredith's wedding, Callie introduces Arizona as her girlfriend to her disapproving father, George excels in a trauma emergency when Alex freezes, and Owen seeks help with his PTSD.

I don't know. I semi-get the romance because they have many haters despite all of us Gizzie romantic fans, I don't get the friendship. Everyone misses that friendship.
And it would maybe bring back some of the Gizzie fans who left if she at least made them friends again.
I know it would make me less bitter and everyone wants them to be friends again, so why not?

Yay George kicks butt next episode. I just knew he was an amazing doctor. About time this show lets him show it.
HE BETTER NOT LEAVE! I WON'T WATCH WITHOUT MY GEORGIE.
I want George and Izzie scenes so bad. I miss their friendship.

well well well... this looks interesting..! but why do we have to wait that much? hate waiting.
wanyway!
Mredith looks fantastic but the dress doesn't look right on her, the waist is too low, and it looks like not her size, but she looks gorgeous in anything she wears even scrubs lol!
the Callie/Arizona thing seems so fun and interesting, and they have a great chemestry, I'd like to see where it's gonna end up with both of them, I mean would they end up together or what!!
I don't think this is Izzie's daughter, though I'd like to see her come back to meet Izzie, and I think they mentioned her in season 3 for a reason, so we just have to wait for it!
I wonder why ALex freezes, but I'm excited for George too and his whole surgery thing!

The child in the picture with Bailey looks to be about 6 yrs old and Izzy's daughter was alot older when she was on the show. Soooo that is not Izzy's child.
