What's coming up on this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy - the 99th of the series, and the last before the big wedding event? Quite a lot, it would appear.

For one, Meredith and the Chief get into an epic fight over the treatment of a patient accused of violent crimes. You won't believe who this patient is, either.

Also, Izzie's mom says she's going to be just fine. Izzie's mom is a psychic, though, so either you believe her 100 percent, or think she's a total crackpot.
