Thatcher will slap Mark across his face, just like he did Meredith. Izzie's mom will probably bake some of the most awesome muffins ever to grace...Seattle Grace. Derek will write his vows on his hands, scrub in on a surgery and *poof* his vows are gone, he'll freak and Mark will "if I have to kick your ass AGAIN so you can get married...."

I really don't think Derek and Meredith are getting married this season ... but I just thought of something that would be a big twist and definitely a wedding no one would suspect. What if Thatcher Grey meets Izzie's mom and they hit it off and end up getting married? Letting Izzie plan a wedding for her own mother ....

About the wedding...SPOILER!
it's definitely not MerDer. Pics have been leaked that show the cast on the set and Mer is wearing a purple dress and Derek is in a suit. Although, in the pics, PD had a wedding band. I'm not sure if it's his and forgot to take it off or maybe they are already married. (PLEASE LET IT BE THE LAST ONE!)Anyway, in way I'm relieved since Izzie was planning the wedding and it wouldn't have been MerDer. My guess is that they'll elope (or so I hope).
I think that Derek thought it would be better to give Mer something that she actually wants rather than some formality like a jewerly or something. She already has (I assume) the only piece of jewerly worthy and meaningful (Mrs. Shepherd's ring) so what better than to give a thoughtful gift? I also think that Mer should totally rock that surgery. Just to kick some ass and if Alex and Cris did it well...so can she. Go Mer!

that date will really be something to remember;) The First Solo Surgery; The PERFECT wedding gift, if you're a surgeon. I just have a feeling that our fav couple won't get married or will have a double wedding. I bet a double wedding would be fun:)))))

Lexie is pregnant in real life...she could get pregnant on the show. they might be the ones getting married. I think they are really in love with each other!

First of all, I don't really know about Mark because maybe he'll be ok (even though I highly doubt it) because he really likes Lexie. But Derek is so cute... as always!!! Hopefully Meredith does well because, even though it's probably not going to happen, I really want a MerDer wedding this season! Or at least eventually!

Aaw, Derek's so sweet! But why keep teasing us like this when they're probably not getting married anyway :( Now I'm just gonna get much more disappointed if they're not getting married
