On the May 4 episode of House, "Under My Skin," our favorite, genius, cranky doctor is having serious trouble falling asleep.

That's what happens when you start seeing visions of your best friend's ex-girlfriend.

As the photos below depict, House receives help from both Wilson and Cuddy. We can think of a few ways the latter could help with this problem!
