I think that this is the first episode of this season in which Denny was fitted well.
One tiny detail. Izzie already had a brain surgery- shouldn't she have a scar on her head,then?
The scene "my wife is hot" was heart-breaking. Beautiful.
I don't like Callie's storyline about the lack of money. As someone else pointed out earlier, she's a 5th year resident, how come she can't afford the rent and doesn't have enough time for food? Somehow, no one else has that problem and Izzie and Alex are from poor families. It's just not convincing to me.

This episode, Ama-zing. Izzie and Alex were just absolutly amazing together, the wedding ceremony was great.
The whole Denny in black thing, was a little creepy, like the angel of death so that makes me a little nervous.
But Im soo ready for next week!

Last night's episode was such a tear-jerker and I loved every minute of it! Because I've always been so pro-Alex, I really hated Denny being back but, after hearing Izzie explain why she sees Denny and saying that Alex is her future, the man that she loves, I understand why he needed to come back--so that Izzie could get closure and for us to see that she really does want to live and spend the rest of her life with Alex. Those last 20 minutes, I was a big ball of emotions...seeing Izzie look so beautiful (it's amazing that she could look so gorgeous in the same dress that I hated when i saw it on Mer) and Alex looking super hot and spiffy in that tux. Alex's vows to Izzie and his comment at the end after they had shaved her head, "My wife is hot"::sigh::...I really don't think that I could ever recover if Izzie were to die. She's such an integral part of the show and I think that seeing Alex and Izzie's married life after the whole cancer situation would make for great television.

I guess Shonda wont marry off her leading people, after all she needs to have something to write about next season. My guess is they will break up by next mid season, then back together at the end then another marriage proposal and with yet another wedding planned. Hey I am just saying she is not going let her bread and butter get married and bore us.

The episode last night was the 'coming of age' episode for Grey's... and so appropriate since it was their 100th episode... truly a Beautiful Day!
The dilemma with Izzie going through the operation will not only be that of life or death, but also that, even if the tumor is removed successfully, there is a possibility of losing her memory. What a brilliant way to
I was hooked on Grey's from the first episode of the first season... and believe me, my loyalty has been tested. The second half of this season has fiercely implanted my faith in the writers and actors of Grey's... BRAVO!!!

The wedding was amazing....the whole show was so emotionally charged, way to go writer's!!!!
I am so glad it was Izzie and Alex that got married, I would loved to have had that church when I got married.

This is one of my favorite episodes. I'm a grown, strong woman... no WAY some sitcom was gonna make me cry! NOT! I cried like hell! This was so SAD! But so beautiful. But I will lose ALL respect for Grey's if they kill of Izzie. I'll be SO MAD! I think Izzie's recovery will be just what Derek needs to get through his funk of the fact he's had more deaths than lives saved. He's gonna save her! I know it! (He better! I mean it Shonda!)

Loved the episode - everything was just right. I'm also a mer/der fan, but them not getting married was okay - they will in their own time.
Loved that George came full circle back to being Izzie's friend and him giving her away to Alex.
Loved Cristina taking down the ceiling fan.
Anyone else notice what Owen said to George? "Trauma is a team, you go where you're needed." George is going to realize that he is "needed" as a medic in the military and that's what will lead to his decision to go there.

I agree with Tammie i think Izzie and Alex will go ahead with the surgery and save her. and Alex would be even more damaged if Izzie Died on on just a week after the wedding I love Alex he is my McDream. I think she will live next week cause she wants to be with Alex. She needs to live so she and Alex can have a wounderful married life and we can see whats the married couple is going to do in the 6th season of Alex and Izzie i love the chemistery between them and you can tell that Alex cares very much for Izzie I love Izzie she is also one of my favorites but Alex is my McDreamy so Derek will probley end up doing the surgery and saving her life I don't want her to die at all Alex is already happy now he does not need to be damaged any more. When i saw the promo and Mar was screaming That freaked me out cause i am hoping that was not for Izzie. I cried at the hole wedding part ware George had to help her walk down that was very touching to see him helping his best friend and walking her

The most beautiful wedding ever. it was so moving to see George get past his resentment and the look he gave Alex proves he has finally grown up. Izzie, the most beautiful bride ever. She is the heart of the show. And Chandra, my God what an actress! That look when Derek tells her he can do nothing more for Izzie.
I found it disturbing to see Denny all in black, as the angel of death. Truly, it stayed with me all night. But of course, that is how Izzie sees him. I think he symbolized the tumor darkening her mind, he was portrayed as a shadow because they couldn't really see the tumor. A truly chilling portrayal of the insidious nature of cancers. These writers have recovered their genius. And bravo to JDM for hitting the precise notes of restraint and sorrow.

Bravo!! That episode was beautiful, moving and heartbreaking all at the same time! Alex is such a wonderful man! Damaged and all, which we all know that he is! What he said to Izzie made me cry!! The part where Derek finally saw the small tumor on the scan and told Bailey there was nothing that he could do.... my god! I think he is going to end up operating and he will save her. She can not die! She is my favorite and the show would not be the same without her! Can't wait to watch it again!!

I cried like a baby through the whole episode. It was really moving. I am disappointed though that MerDer did not get married, allthough the big church wedding wasn't really their style. So I guess I'd already predicted that Izzie and Alex would get married instead. Their wedding was really beautiful I must say. I just bawled through it all. Izzie got to have her dream wedding, and MerDer will too hopefully. In a ceremony that's more MerDer. Also, I loved that Mer was Alex's bestman. Their friendship is so unique and I just wanna see more of it. I seems like next week is all about Izzie, at least if you watch the promos. Not a single teaser about MerDer. So now I don't have any anticipations at all for the finale. I think they should have given at least something to all the MerDer fans who have been fooled.

It was the perfect wedding for Izzie and Alex. Alex look Hot in his tux and Izzie dress was really pretty. I cried when George walked Izzie down and Alex vows to her were just breath taking and i love the part ware he seads hurry up but the wedding was great and i hope Izzie does not die and leave her Husband that she just got married by him self. She needs to fight for this so Her and Alex can have a great life together and we can see them next year on season 6 as Husband and wife and she what changelles they go through so Please don't Die Izzie Alex is happy now and they both love each other I Like all the Izzie and Alex fan would love to see Izzie live and see her and Alex live happly ever after. But in one of the interviews with just on the view. They asked him if they are all coming back and he sead yes. So that must mean that Izzie Lives She needs to live to be with Alex Live Izzie

I loved it. It was absolutely perfect. It wouldn't have been Meredith and Derek's wedding anyway, because it wasn't how they wanted it to be, it was how Izzie wanted it to be. So I love that she got to have her dream wedding.
I cried like a baby at the end, I thought it was really beautiful!

I thought it was perfect. I loved how they handled Denny coming back. It was a very moving episode with just enough humor. I STILL don't care to see this much of Callie. As much as I appreciated the whole theme going on in the ER, enough of her! I like Arizona though.
