OMG. My daughters and I just finished watching. We are in shock. Did not see the George thing coming. I feel like I have been punched. Saw Izzie's eyes fluttering at the end so she is probably back. Can't believe what they did to George - that hurts!!

I am sobbing so yes someone else cried!! We know that George is dead but I have a feeling Izzie will come back at least for a while next season. I don't think it is for certain that she is dead yet. That is the cliffhanger. I can't believe they killed George off like that though. I did not see that coming!!! Awful...just awful...ok back to crying:-(

The lady with the memory problems isn't from the season premiere, she's from season 2. Bernadette Peters was one of three women in a limo accident, and her friend ended up losing her ability to make long-term memory.

It's George, the only thing that could give away that it was him was the watch on his arm that got cut off. So they are trying to make it not obvious by cutting off that arm.
