Grey's Anatomy Season 5 Finale Promo
Below is a minute-long promo for the emotional, two-hour season five finale of Grey's Anatomy. Officially, it's being called two episodes - "Here's to the Future" and "Now or Never," airing back-to-back. But it's really one gigantic season-ending event.
According to the promo, an event so big that it will "forever change the way we watch Grey's." Overdramatic as that may sound, there's clearly a lot hanging in the balance ...

Omg This is going to be an amazing season finale. I am not sure if Izzie is going to make it but, I sure hope she does.
I hope maybe they can squeeze in a suprise merder wedding. That would be awesome. If not there is always next year.
I also heard that George has suprising news something about going the army I do believe that he is leaving the show from what I have found out.
This is just going to be an ultimate tear jerker. Better buy some tissues.
