The scream is mer im positive it is. And i think shes screaming because izzie flatlines or something its somethung tragic. Its a Grey's season finale its gunna be shoking and very very upseting. Shonda said its one of the best finales yet.

I just want to say that "the advantage" of all the Izzie story is to finally put together, in some great scenes, characters who haven't really been talking to each other before. In the promo, it seems that Alex and Cristina are gonna have an important moment to share. Same with Izzie and Cristina. They've shared some beautiful moments lately. And Derek and Alex too, as we see in the promo. It was time to see on screen new bonds between the characters. I like Grey's Anatomy that way. It reminds me of the beginning of the show.

It's not Meredith, it's not her voice, and if you watch the first episode of this season, she sounds totally different.
Anyway, it doesn't really matters who she is, that doesn't say us who the person injured is, it could be anyone.
We can not really trust the images because the way they are put in the promo doesn't have to be like it's going to happend in the episode.
For example, we can see how suddenly Owen and Derek look to one side and start running, then we see 2 people running with a stretcher, it could lead us to think Derek and Owen are running towards that patient, but actually the people with the stretcher are Owen and Meredith, and as much I would like to have to Owes, they are just 2 different scenes.
I don't know if I'm explaining myself well... :P

I can't wait for the finale. Bailey crying is not good. Bailey saying "We're all scared." is not good.
The whole promo I was looking for George but I couldn't see him :(
Please George, don't go to have any kind of accident. And Izzie, please don't go into this shiny shiny white light - it's bad.

I think Meredith is the one shouting "Oh God". And I also think that it might be related to a patient we don't know,to the usual season finale trauma. Because I don't want to think it could be related to Izzie, or George. Somehow, I have the feeling that the finale will end in a sad way.
Bailey crying is already sad.
Can't wait to know.
