this isn't really about justin, who I too think is phenomenal, but...
people who don't really watch the show keep discussing how it has "jumped the shark", first with denny and izzie falling in love in season two, then with the ferry accident and meredith's "death" in season three, with izzie's hallucinations this year (as noted in the interviews), and countless other "ridiculous" medical cases.
but millions of people watch every week! i just don't really get it. doesn't jumping the shark mean that a show is on its way out the door? grey's still seems to be going incredibly strong.
i have really enjoyed watching this season progress, and while the izzie-denny "ghost sex" was not my favorite story line, it kept things interesting, and most of all, it didn't deter me from watching to see what happened with it and the other brilliant plots on this show.
so next time somebody insists that grey's has "jumped the shark", i'd say we should all probably take it with a grain of salt. becaus
