Private Practice Recap: "Yours, Mine & Ours"

at . Comments

Grey's Anatomy still has two more weeks - and three episodes, counting the two-hour finale May 14 - to go this season, but Private Practice wrapped its second campaign last night in emotional, dramatic and slightly disturbing fashion for one character.

A conflicted Addison nearly consummated her affair with married Noah, Dell got his daughter back from Rebecca, Sam professed his love for Naomi (who did not reciprocate), Charlotte got the axe from her boss, who hired Naomi instead, and Violet ...

Well, if you saw it, we can't do it justice. If you missed it, you really won't believe this cliffhanger of an ending and need to read the full rundown of events.

The seasonal finale was AWESOME but to wait FIVE FREAKING months for another season is TOO LONG.... come on people the suspense is killing us back here.
We soooo love Violet ....she can't die... she was just about to have her happy ever after begin with Pete, and this baby that Pete's committed himself to Violet what's gonna happen if the baby's not his in the he still gonna stick around i mean lets face it he isn't well known for stayin faithful!!
And OH MY GOSH!! Naomi took the job... even after Sam confessed to still being in love with her she leaves the practice...soo not fair... is she still gonna be in the show???... We love her, she can't go!!!

That was the most horrid ending ever. For us men just watching to see the Judging Amy girl, it was really sick to stop at that point. There's cliffhangers, and then there's just plain sadism.

I think Pete is too pretty. Violet should've chosen Sheldon. They were just adorable together. And I bet that if she really chooses Pete, the baby will be Sheldon's. Pretty sure about that.

I just got around to watching it last night.
I love Noah, personally... but he's def. not going to leave his wife.
Violet chose Pete!! :D That's what I wanted to happen, but I still feel bad for Sheldon. I think Violet and Sheldon could only work for so long... Vi and Pete are kind of both "messed up" lol, so i think they make a great fit. But that crazy lady.... OMG! OMG!!!!!!! I can't wait until next season. I was sick to my stomach after I watched it. AHHHH!!

wth was that endin ahhh i wanna know wha happens next i dun wanna waait any longer...i dun want violet to die ...i want pete 2 come n rescue the day n maybe either possibly kill dat psycho biatch patient or at least knock her out til cops come...hehe c z man if violets baby gets taken away she will never be wit pete n i dunno bout all u other ppol bt pete is way hotter den sheldon n violet has more chemistry with him denn sheldon...sheldon reminds me of those nerdy good guys in high skool who was always the best friend n never the boyfriend

why do you have a thread about private practice on a grey's anatomy fansite? post it on a private practice fansite instead.

I fell in love with this show from the first time Addison went to LA! Oh, and Dell got Betsy back from Heather, not Rebecca

Ok so I already posted on the other site but I totally agree with those of you who want Paddison back -I hate that Addie is helping Noah cheat and I love her with Pete anyway - I don't hate Noah but I hate that he's cheating on Morgan. Not enough of Addie In the finale - but it was still a good episode. I'm glad Dell will (hopefully) get Betsy back! I didn't want Naomi to take the job - but somehow I know things will work out in the end. I doubt Shonda would completely destroy Addie's friendship with Naomi by pitting them against each other that way. And Renee - Yes, Charlotte got fired as of now, but I'm pretty sure I saw a spoiler that said that KaDee is not leaving the cast - so you're out of luck. Oh, and Naomi/Sam split because one morning he just felt like he couldn't do it anymore, as he explained it. That's one of the reasons Naomi wouldn't say she still loved him - because technically she never stopped loving him. At least that's how I see it. I love PrPr but I really did think the scalpel on Vi's stomach at he end was a bit much. I get the ratings thing but seriously? I can't wait for next season - really hate we have to wait 5 or 6 months!! Kate Walsh rocks!

oh, and I really don't like Noah. He's just a lame bad cheating guy. And Addison should've known better.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

There's a reason I said I'd be happy alone. It wasn't 'cause I thought I'd be happy alone. It was because I thought if I loved someone and then it fell apart, I might not make it. It's easier to be alone, because what if you learn that you need love and you don't have it? What if you like it and lean on it? What if you shape your life around it and then it falls apart? Can you even survive that kind of pain? Losing love is like organ damage. It's like dying. The only difference is death ends. This? It could go on forever.
