I think we all knew it would Alex & Izzie walking down the aisle last week. I too thought it wasn't "realistic" but obviously was going to be them. I mean wouldn't Derek's 4 sisters & mom come to town for his wedding. It seems he has a relationship with them and we've already met mama & sister Nancy. I hope for Mer & Der it's an intimate family thing and I really hope it happens next week!!

Honestly, Mer was a little bit annoying with all that dark and twisty thing. But now I am SO proud of her! :D
She has become one of my favourite characters (Cristina and George are my No.1).
I can't wait for the finale, I hope we will get to know if Izzy dies or not and if MerDer will get their marriage this season. And what will happen to George and of course: What will happen to Cristina and Owen? I want them to be together ;P They HAVE to be! Otherwise I will die.

to the person wondering about Denny, i believe there was an interview where he stated that that was the last time he will appear on Grey's. so hopefully that means good news for izzie?

Cliffhanger: In the preview for next week, they said that Izzie would either die or get a surgery that could make her loose her memory. There is Meredith asking her is she knows who Alex Karev is.
I'm betting that this is the final sentence of the season.

Ok...people need to move past the fact that MerDer did not get married!! There are way more important things going on with Izzie right now I don't see how anyone can look past them. It breaks my heart to see her so sick and to see Alex going through that. I have wanted them together since the first time I saw them together! I truly hope Izzie survives. I am guessing she will live but loser her memory which will be just as hard to watch her and Alex go through!! The finale is going to be intense...don't know if I can handle it! Where are my tissues?!?!

Please don't kill Izzie. I've been a die-hard fan of this show since Episode 1. The original interns are what make the show and the dynamics between the characters so great. Ever since Izzie and Alex went on their first date, I wanted to see their characters together. Loved the wedding! It had me in tears. I've hated all the negative comments in the media about cast members and about bringing Denny back. The show is awesome, the writing is great and you have such a great ensemble of actors. Thanks for providing this great escape every Thursday. Here's to 100 more!

OH, AND I LOVE CLIFFHANGERS. IT'S MORE EXCITING WHEN I START WATCHING THE NEXT EPISODE.
AND THERE WAS NO CLIFFHANGERY SCENE MORE EXTREME THEN THE PRIVATE PRACTICE ONE. :p

Mari- i thought the same about the candle house last season. It must have taken ages to arrange it, and what about the wind, etc. ? I guess sometimes we just need to let some scenes be magical regardless of their credibility. (maybe they are so magical because they are not likely to happen in real life?). And, by the way, this wedding must have hurt Derek's credit card!

Lovely, sweet, ok. But untrue. You can’t just change the bride and groom like that. How about Derek’s family? Wasn’t there in the perfect wedding? What about the presents? The guests? The dress size? It can’t be like that. It was lovely to see Izzie and Alex. But it wasn’t believable. They should have changed the plan before. And that would make more sense.
