After Heidi Montag badgered him long enough about it, Spencer Pratt relented and finally - finally - apologized to Lauren Conrad for spreading the sex tape rumors about her in an effort to convince LC to attend their wedding - if only for Heidi's sake.
Meanwhile, Stephanie Pratt continued to prove she has an I.Q. around 70, while Audrina Patridge and Jayde Nicole clashed over Brody Jenner yet again.
