Yes, behind Bailey is sitting someone but I don't think it is Derek, his hair is not that straight, it's more curly. I thought that person was maybe George, but we see him after and I don't think it's the same position, so I don't know.
But I think it's not Derek, it would be to obvious to put that in the sneak peek, although we see that Alex is waiting at the alter.

Okay, we all know Mer/Der really ARE NOT GETTING MARRIED. So who else could it be but Alex/Izzie???? It's too soon for Mark/Lexie. Plus I'm not sure Mark is in this for the long haul. What other couple could it be??
And there's NO WAY it's Cristina. I don't see anyone left.

The first sneak peek is hilarious. The GIRLS are ROCKING the GREYS HOUSE. Love Cristina/Mer!!!! And the shave off your eye brows is rib busting funny.
I didn't think I could love Greys anymore, but each time I see Cristina/Owen and Cristina/Mer and Mer/Der I just start laughing and then crying. I have become a total wreck this season. All this wonderful writing ,it feels like season 1 only 10 times better. I am so happy, and all is right with the world!!!!

English is not my maternal language, so can anyone please tell me what Izzie said to Bailey when Bailey replied "You don't know that". I thought she said something like "This is the end".
Unfortunately, I think Denny came for Izzie, he was so dark in that black suit, like someone said, a Grim Reaper.
I don't want Izzie to die.
And MerDer will get married in the finale, it's named "Here's to the Future" (and "Now or Never"), so it's about them making the big step into their future.

i'm currently re watching last night's episode and when izzie's mom comes into izzie's room as she talking she mention alex and says something along the lines that he's getting married. has someone else picked up on that?

oh yeah, what if it IS a double wedding :O that would be great! but then it won't be anything left for the finale if both couples have already gotten married.. and i actually want merder to have their OWN wedding so i don't know, i think maybe izzie-alex gets married in the next epi and merder in the finale instead. but i can't wait any freakin longer, can't they just give us the episodes now instead!

In the preview we can see Derek sitting among the other guests of the wedding, right? So I guess it'll be a big wedding for Alex+ Izzie and a small one for MerDer.

DOUBLE WEDDING!! hahaha i think that would be awesome. Izzie obviously isn't doing too well if she can see Denny again. So her and alex will get married AND meredith and derek(: ahhhhh wish i could be at this wedding!

I think it will be both couples. Izzie and Alex have the big fancy wedding and Derek and Meredith end up in the hospital chapel or out on his property doing something small like Meredith wanted.

I think it will be Izzie and Alex who get married I am not a huge fan of merder and Derck i love Izzie and Alex and they would make a perfect married couple. What the hell is Denny their for is she dreaming this again or what get him off the show i really hope that it is Izzie and Alex wedding that would be awsome. Please keep Izzy on the show she is great and very funny so please please please keep her on the show

i don't get why the show denny in a sneak peak. don't they know by now that many people quit the show because of the denny storyline that went on for ages without any explination. i just don't think it was a good idea to show him in the previews of the 100th episode cause that'll probably not gain many viewers
