I bet it's Dan because Chuck is with Blair and Nate I'm guessing will come back from the summer with Vanessa. Plus we all know how Dan loves his "fun, sexy blondes". Now the real question is, who should play this girl?
I think Amanda Seyfried (the girl from Mamma Mia and Mean Girls) would be great!!! I bet she could totally do sweet and innocent or a bad girl, kind of like a blonde Michelle Trachtenberg.

i think it's dan too, even though he's my favourite. but he hasn't been getting alot of screentime lately and he's been kinda out of the focus. plus it seems like he isn't getting back with S anytime soon, so here's someone for him!
