for sure george would still be in, Im not full of hope,this I am sure, it will be a new storyline with the recovery story,and the love story thrown in with the girl he saved. Not so sure about izzie though... I hav to wait until Nov at least *sigh* I lived on the other part of the world... but Grey is the most powerful drama I ever seen...

jam979 - Actually, the Dominic speculation began in The Ausiello Files over at ew.com. They began assuming that it was GA because it suited Ausiello's description and it was easy to assume given the GA finale.
@McHot - Where did you read about GA not being a 2 hour premiere? Did one of the writers tweeted something? :S

Im not so sad abt it not being a 2-hr premiere, i dont reali lyk them being drawn out. A 1hr is fine u no. It leaves u wanting more:)

I agree that Shonda just needs to concentrate on GA. The writers are back now, and no doubt TR and Katherine will know before too long whether they've got a role in GA to go back to. I would imagine that Shonda will be thinking of original ways to cover Ellen's pregnancy

amber- The time given on the website is Eastern time, not Central. It comes on at the same time 9 Eastern/ 8 Central. And no one changed the time zone.
As for speculation, the only "person" who speculated about Dominic Monaghan being on Grey's was this website. Nice play there.
I don't care if the season premiere is one hour or two hours long. I'm just anxious for it to get here.

105 days left til Season 6. I bet there will be a two hour premiere, there has to be. Also, PP premiered later and ended earlier than Grey's Last season and I bet they will do the same this time around.

PP had a ratings boost once it moved behind Grey's and the truth? The stories were also good but Shonda needs to go back and focus on GA for a while now that PP is well established.
GA has to have a two hour premiere and give that proper send off to whoever they plan to kill.

Didn't Private Practice have less episodes than Grey's last season? PP seems to need to follow GA in order to get a boost in its ratings. If I read it correctly Kirsten e online says Dominic Monaghan is appearing in a show called 'Flash Forward' that is premiering before GA! I've written the GA start date in my diary already!

I'm with those who think Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy will NOT premiere on the same date. After the way Grey's ended there has to be a two-hour season premiere. We, the fans, expect it.

Okay i am confuesd now on here it seads greys come on at 9 on the abc website it sead 8 which on is it and what time zone cause i live in IL and Grey's come on at 8 here I hope they did not change the time zone

I think it's a great way to spend a birthday. :)
And they already killed the Lost theory. Everyone thought that initially. I wished I understood Lost. Seems like an awesome show :S

I know this is nothing to do with Grey's, but more about Dominic. But on the promo thingy, he makes a comments about 'I was dead' or something along those lines. So, that just makes me think that with how Lost is, that he could be returning to there. I don't watch Lost, but I couldn't help but think that.
But I am excited about Grey's! =]

I am so excited that we now have a date to mark on our calendars!
I'm also excited to hear that the writers went back to work on Monday! That means that our stories are now being written! (yey)!
