I saw a lot of people saying this is a mistake. Well, I don't really think so. The only two mistakes here are the guy leaking this out and people who watch it.
It's her fuking right to take that tape.
We may say it's not a smart thing, but we don't have right to judge that !

It was supposed to have been made like seven years ago or something so that would make her around sixteen so it was probably legal age... I'm not sure if I even believe it or not so I'm withholding judgment on her until I hear conformation either from a rep or from Leighton...
I just feel so sorry for her if it is her. I mean, she was just a kid who made the mistake of letting someone she probably trusted film her. But to release it on the internet is just wrong.
That being said, I do see the double standard. Jessica is a very nice person, and those photos of her weren't even that bad. She shouldn't be called a slut or worse just because she plays a character that not everyone is a fan of or because they're jealous. It's neither right nor fair.
I don't think either girls should be judged on anything other then their work. They are both brilliant actresses, that's the important thing to remember even as all these rumors and allegations begin to surface.

But this should be a lesson to young girls every where. . . Never under ANY circumstances allow anyone to video tape you performing any sexual act. . . Do not put yourself in that position. Protect yourselves. . .

God, even if it's not true - an unlikely thing at this point -it will always be associated with her. It's not going to be good for her reputation.
Although it is kind of ironic that it gets released seeing as her song 'Good Girls Go Bad' is coming out. Or is it just me who sees the irony?

She was younger and probably more naive. Like i said we all make mistakes, just hopefully she learned her lesson and grew from that.
No matter what her TRUE Leighton fans will support her.

I don't think it's a double standard. Obviously the video was meant to be private. A photo shoot is for the public to see. Unfortunately for Leighton, her ex decided to make the video public.
But like I said before, just don't do it. Pics and videos will wind up online eventually.
thats exactly what i said kat....people are/have been so judgemental of jessica for anything ie. those pics of her in the mens health magazine, or when she had her hand up ed's ass, but then leighton comes out with a sex tape and they are very understanding........i like both actresses but its impossible not to notice the double standard!

well if you look at the pictures there are probably 2 videos. like there are 4 pics and 2 have like a green color and the other two have like a purple tint. and none of them show like her face and body if that makes sense. idk. doesnt look exactly like leighton to me...
it might be true but i hope not. either way i still love her though. i mean im still a huge kim k fan and paris fan so whatevs.
