With the One Tree Hill cast in a state of flux - Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton out, Shantel VanSanten in, Brian Austin Green in and then out, Robert Buckley in - who is the show going to cast as Alexis in the seventh season this fall?

Well, according to E! Online, the producers are taking their time on this one. No one has snagged that role yet. Alexis doesn't appear in the first episode of One Tree Hill's upcoming season, so there is no urgency. Does anyone stand out?

Moreover, are you excited for the revamped One Tree Hill in September?

One Tree Hill Quotes

Remember tonight, for it is the beginning of always. A promise, like a reward for persisting through life so long alone. A belief in each other and the possibility of love. A decision to ignore simply rise above the pain in the past. A covenant, which at once binds two souls and yet severs prior ties. The celebration of the chance taken and the challenge that lies ahead. For two will always be stronger than one. Like a team braced against the tempests of the world. And love will always be the guiding force in our lives. For tonight is mere formality. Only an announcement to the world of feelings long held, promises made long ago in the sacred space in our hearts.

Lucas

Lucas: I need you to trust me and believe me when I tell you that my heart is with you. Part of me feels like ever since we got back together you've been waiting, waiting to push me away.
Brooke: Oh great, so you kiss Peyton, again, and I'm pushing you away!?
Lucas: I love you Brooke, I don't know how else to say it.
Brooke: How about how you show it? I'm not pushing you away Lucas. I am holding on for dear life, but I need you to need me back. Okay, why wouldn't you tell me about the kiss and why didn't you call me while you were away and why won't you ever just let me all the way in? We have to go give our toasts now, about love.
