Awww dan and serena that hurts. But atleast thel get back together. Hopefuly second half of season 3 the'l be working towards it. In my opinion i know they are endgame period.

in a way im glad serena and dan are spending some time apart, i think its important for serena to discover her past and that develop more right now than rather a new (or old for that matter) relationship!

2) Scheme. Scheme. Scheme. (Beret optional)
3) Bag dorm life & move in together. (Sorry, Nate).
4) Hold Hands. Lots.
5) Fight, make-up, say "I LOVE YOU."
Oh, and, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new season sounds like it will be good. Its good to see Dan & Serena playing the field but I hope Hilary's character will last a while cause I want Dan to have a genuine relationship that will last longer than 4 eps.
I'm so happy they're looking beyond the inner circle for plotlines... I think the second season was uneven partly because Season 1 built this shared 'history', but once you have it you're also constrained by it. Now that we "know" the main characters, I'm looking forward to seeing them interact with new (long-term) characters and environments.

I'm glad Dan and Serena are going to go their separate ways, at least for now. I like both characters alot, but they've kind of done the couple thing to death and really need to find themselves, and definitely date other people! There's so much possibility there! They're both hot and they should be playing the field.
But most of all, I'm stoked for Chuck and Blair. I can't wait to see these two brats as a couple. They're so awesome - it'll be nice to see them together and stay together and work to stay together.

chuck and blair - yaaaaaay ! love them ! i could barely contain my joy when they got back together . they are the best couple . they have absolutely everything in common .
serena and dan - the part that they wont be together is great , but please please please (im begging here) they cant ever bring them back together . they have nothing in common . serena should definitely be with nate , they are perfect together . i absolutely loathe dan and serena , im all for serena with nate !
hilary duff - ugh . how could they cast her ??? i mean , i used to like her when i was about 10 or 11 . come on . she has absolutely nothing to do with the show , hope her role lasts as long as that teacher's (the one dan slept with , hated her so much i cant even remember her name)

I think that good that most of the characters are embarking on new experiences and new relationships. Honestly, the fact that they sometimes "keep it in the circle" is boring and so even though I am weary about how many guest stars will be on the show this season, as long as the sl is interesting and gives our characters great scenes...I guess it's ok.
(since their is no new gg ive been watching friends alot)
i think dan and serena are the ross and rachel, chuck and blair are the chandler and monica. joey is nate whom had a thing with rachel or for nate serena
and i do think serena and dan are endgame (obviously)

As I said before I think Dan and Serena need time apart though I want them to be/believe they are endgame. I till want friendship scenes with them though and that they still have a (albeit platonic) relationship so that it stays fresh in the viewers minds.
I'm praying there aren't as many gaps between episodes as there was last season that drove me crazy.
Blair: Just because we can't be together doesn't mean I don't love you.
