i'm guessing the hot gay hook-up from the novels might finally be portrayed on tv. hopefully its true cuz i'll really be into it.

Come on, guys, "controversial"? That's really a remarkable choice of word. And considering that dan's already hooked up with his teacher, and Nate with an older married woman, what really could be "controversial" on Gossip Girl?
I hate to say it...but I think Dan's going to be gay. Of course, it won't last, but still. I just...I can see it coming...
It's not going to be Blair. That's not "controversial." That's just dramatic, but it wouldn't cause a "controversy". It would just disappoint fans.
Who's left for Dan? Who hasn't he been with? Well, guys, it could be Blair...

D and B is not going to happen anytime SOON . but u NEVER know with GG ..so i think that they are going to hook up sometime in the show, just for a couple of episodes .. cuz obviously Blair HAS to end up with Chuck.
about the controversial romance for Dan .. my bets are on G !

V is cool, I didn't like her first too, but now, I don't know, her character is 'normal', not the typical park avenue princess, if you know what I mean.

I just saw pics of Jessica Szohr on set too........
Why don't you show them to us on gginsider too........
If V is with Scott, then that leaves Nate to be with Jenny and Serena to be with Carter. Judging from the on set photos of Serena and Carter, I see the potential! V isn't a bad character, the writers just keep using her as a block for the good relationships that we all want badly. Most of the GG fans want Nate to be with Serena or Jenny and a lot of people want Chair together. The writers used V as a block to increase tension for these relationships. Once she has her own storyline, people will ease up and in general, V will get some more love.

Maybe its Dan's bi-curiosity like in the books and he hooks up with Eric. God I hope we get some guy on guy action.
if vanessa is gona b with scott at the beginning of the season, and nate will be with bree .. then what happened during their trip to europe?? ....
ive been wanting gg to find sum1 new (who i didnt care about) for vanessa, but seriously, why scott?? ... this is just another lame excuse for vanessa to be somewhere that she shouldnt ...
y couldn't she go off to another school far away?? ... would make things SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better!

She met him briefly, etc. It makes sense. I'm actually happy about that. Means she'll get her ugly brooklyn ass out of Chair's relationship.
