No, upcoming episodes of Entourage won't be centered around a debate between evolution and creationism, as this headline sort of implies.

Instead, the show's creator told The New York Post that season six of his HBO series will depict major growth in each of the main characters.

"I wanted to reinvent [Entourage] without making it a different show," Doug Ellin told the newspaper. "I think it has the feeling of Season 1, with more maturity. [The key] characters are finally evolving."

For example, Eric will move into his own apartment this season.

"This is a very eventful season... especially for me," said actor Kevin Connolly, adding that the goal of paying his own rent will be to win over Sloan once and for all.

Meanwhile, Turtle will be spending almost every night alongside Jamie-Lynn Sigler, the actress that plays herself on the show (and is somehow dating actor Jerry Ferrara in real life).

"Turtle's watching the other guys and learning the business," said Ferrara. "I think [Ellin] is moving slow with him... But I believe there are going to be a lot of openings for him soon. Deep down, he's a hustler and it will pay off."

But will he end up with Sigler? A recent on-set photo doesn't portend a happy ending for this couple.

A small casting notice looks to be revealing a major storyline on The Bold and the Beautiful:

The soap opera is casting for an African-American actor to come aboard as the father of Marcus (Texas Battle, pictured).

Indeed, it looks like Donna will finally come face to face with her ex. Stay tuned for more!

On tonight's new episode of Weeds, Nancy finally gets her wish: a non-shady, American obstetrician.

Her name will be Dr. Audra Kiston and she'll be played by a familiar face: Alanis Morisette kicks off a multiple-episode arc tonight on the Showtime hit.

In an interview with USA Today, the singer goes into detail about what attracted her to the role and what's in store for Kiston this season...

On becoming a fan of Weeds: "Weeds was my solace and respite in the back of the bus on tour. I was in the middle of detoxing at the time, and it was my replacement addiction for food."

On Kitson's interaction with Nancy: "Nancy is in a pickle, and Audra helps her outside of what typically would be allowed in a hospital... She's really drawn to the drama."

Justin Kirk (Andy) also spoke on his character's connection to Audra:

"I think it's fair to say that on the surface of things, Andy doesn't seem like someone who has (it) together to the degree she might, being a doctor and all that. It's a rocky road at first. It is a bit of a struggle for Andy to nail it down, as it were."

That was close.

After a series of tense contract negotiations, Melody Thomas Scott has signed a new contract with The Young and the Restless.

Following a vacation, the actress will return to the CBS series on which she's starred for 30 years and appear in episodes that are likely to start airing in late August or early September.

Scott spoke with TV Guide Magazine about the contentious contract talks, as well as the future of her character, Nikki. A couple excerpts:

On contract negotiations: Negotiations are a necessary evil and are always very bizarre. I guess maybe with me more so than other actors. I don’t know why that is. It’s the nature of the world I’ve chosen to live in.

On her on-air return: I’m going to take advantage of this overdue breather and have a little “me” time, travel a little bit, get reacquainted with my family and friends. I finished shooting just last Thursday [July 2]. And I really have to hand it to the writers. Nobody knew how this [contract situation] was going to end so they very cleverly figured out a way to get me off the show.

I never say stuff like this, but I have been so knocked out, so impressed with the writing of the episodes that air the first week of August. That week is not to be missed. It’s an amazing ride - grueling but really satisfying - and the writers did terrific work. Not just with my story but the whole show that week. You cannot miss it.

Luke Goss has landed a role on the second season premiere of Fringe.

The British actor - probably best known for his role as Prince Nuada in Hellboy II: The Golden Army - will play a character named Lloyd Parr.

Not much is known about the role at the moment; but the episode will air on September 17 and will be titled "A New Day in the Old Town."

The casting rumor is now a reality:

In his latest video, Michael Ausiello of Entertainment Weekly confirms that Cyndi Lauper will appear on an episode of Bones early next season.

The singer will portray a psychic that Angela goes to for assistance on a case. After pointing the team to a mass burial site, Lauper's character becomes a prime suspect.
