Olivia Munn Lands Recurring Role on Greek

Greek just got a lot hotter.

Aspiring actress, TV host and Playboy cover girl Olivia Munn has joined the cast. She'll take on the recurring role of Lana, a waitress that doesn’t realize just how gorgeous she really is, when the series returns next season.

Munn, who hosts G4's popular Attack of the Show, has also landed a small role in Iron Man 2.

Twice the NCIS for Rocky Carroll

NCIS: Los Angeles already stars a series of familiar faces: Chris O'Donnell, LL Cool J and Linda Hunt will all play key roles on the show.

But TV Guide reports that fans of the original series will spot a very familiar face when the spin-off debuts this fall: Rocky Carroll, who appears on NCIS as director Leon Vance, will take on the same character in NCIS: Los Angeles.

The actor was promoted to series regular status on NCIS this past season. As for his new gig, Carroll said:

"I'll be keeping my normal routine on the mother ship, and I'll be doing at least six of the first 13 episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles."

Friday Night Lights Spoilers: Farewell to Matt Saracen

As we've previously reported, Zach Gilford (Matt Saracen) will not return as a series regular next season on Friday Night Lights. Nor will Minka Kelly (Lyla Garrity), following in the footsteps of Gaius Charles (Smash) and Scott Porter (Jason), who left town.

As for Zach, how long will he be around before bidding farewell?

Michael Ausiello of EW says about five episodes, but possibly more. That's not bad considering the whole season is 13, and it should give him ample time for an awesome goodbye story line.

We're gonna miss Matt, but he would want to leave Dillon.

Better Off Ted Recap: "Bioshuffle"

We don't care how nice it is outside in the summer.  We're eternally grateful to ABC for bringing us new episodes of Better Off Ted and giving us an excuse to sit on our couches.

Last night's episode was one of the funniest in the series history, as we saw the whole office do a little shuffle when the company's biocomputer, Johnny, sprung a hazardous leak.

Linda Notices Something

The situation led to Ted office rooming with Linda and then Veronica, and a beautiful girl, Lucy, sharing an office with Lem.  Read our "Bioshuffle" recap to find out what happened.

Now read some of our favorite Better Off Ted quotes from the episode.

Phil: Why don't you go talk to her?
Lem: Talk to her? Would you talk to a rainbow or a sunset?
Phil: If I wanted to get it on with refracted light, I would.
Lem: If only I was a worm. i could cut myself in two and date my lower half.
Phil: We all wish we were worms, Lem, but that's never going to happen | permalink
Ted: Yes, a biocomputer. It's half machine, half living organism. If you think that sounds creepy, you should see it at feeding time. | permalink
Veronica: You did this, Phil. And to recognize your efforts, we're promoting you to Senior Lab Associate.
Phil: Oh, I was promoted to that a year ago.
Veronica: Really? You shouldn't have been. You probably owe the company some money. I'll check into that for you.
Phil: Thank you | permalink

We continue to be excited about FlashForward.

The upcoming ABC drama will focus on a global phenomenon, as everyone on the planet blacks out for two minutes, is catapulted to April 2010 and then returned to their normal, everyday lives.

But the following images, courtesy of FlashForward's opening episode, depict some sort of major catastrophe. They feature a pair of key characters, Mark Benford and Demetri Noah, both of whom work for the FBI.
