    I think Chandra deserves that award. Is surprising that Bailey, being possibly the most complex female character in GA, hasn't recieved a recognition (unlike Sandra who earned her Emmy and Katie).
    
    On the other side, is worth mentioning that Sharon Lawrence (a.k.a. Izzie's mom) was also nominated to Emmy as a guest star.

    sharon lawrence also got nominated for guest star for her performance as izzie's mom. i really liked her, and i'm glad to see she was recognized.

    I cant't believe Patrick Dempsey or Katherine heigl are not on the list. She did an outstanding some with her cancer. :(
